Dude. That is some seriously good stuff. The whole cinematography, storytelling - everything blows me away. That's a quality you would not expect to see on RUclips.
You do it right. Enjoy time with your dad as much as you can. My dad and me rode many tours together. Last year he passed away. I miss this times with him. Thanks for that video.
I have no idea how you are not popular as hell. You kind of do the videos that I wanna make. Something more than a motovlog , but rather an amazing way to tell a story with a bike. Keep up the good work. You inspire to aim higher. Thanks Man. Awesome content.
Man I wish I could have had even a fraction of the relationship you have with your dad. This series added a bunch of spots I wanna visit in the next year or 2! Cant wait to get my riding stamina up to make a quebec trip.
I rode this last week, from Massachusetts up through New Brunswick, and it was absolutely stunning! Did a day in the Chic-Chocs as well, highly recommend!
Hi Ryan, I discovered your channel just 2 days ago and have got supper addicted to it. This video was truly touching. You put forth father-son relationship beautifully! Please keep up the good work.
Loved the video and the story. Enjoy and spend as much time with your dad as possible. I lost my dad when I was 29 and I’m now 55 and that is a big void in my life.
I recently shared with my dad that I've started riding. He and I were always a mile apart, and even though he rode in the past I worried he'd dismiss my new pass time. For the first time in many years, we truly connected over something. If nothing else, that has been imprinted upon riding, and everytime I start that engine I'll remember his smile when I held up the keys.
I lost my Dad to the sea when I was in my 20’s and I loved getting on the back of his bike. I was only allowed to ride MX but now I’ve passed my road test, every time I go out I feel close to him. We’ve bonded on a bike just at different times...
You are going places dude, that much I can tell. You really should be produced, not everyone loves bikes, but you seem like a natural travel show host. Beautiful stuff man!
You are very lucky to share something as special as riding with your dad. I love my dad very much but he and I don't get to have the same moments that you do. God bless!
My father taught me to ride. We live far apart, literally and figuratively. I love this video. I relate to it on a deep level. Wenever I ride...he is with me.
I will be 73 this year and I am in the planning phase of doing exactly this trip in May of 2020, departing southeastern BC, and including PEI, and maybe the Cabot Trail. The bike is a 2014 Honda CTX700. I had last seen this area in 2001 in a car, and vowed I would do it by bike one day. Well, it will happen in May. Thanks FortNine guy.
Yo man - I know this video is old now, but I watched it as soon as it came out - and many time since - and riding the Gaspesie has been on my mind. I took a day to get from Ont to Levis, QC. From Levis to Perce, then one more back to Levis, and home. The scenery was gorgeous, the roads were sick - and even though the weather left a little to be desired - it was still a killer trip I'll do again next summer. My dad had a really bad stroke last year and it has crippled him - so he obviously couldn't make it. The whole time riding it I was thinking how much he'd dig the scenery - and kinda felt like I was riding it with my dad because you had with yours and your commentary was playing through my head. Weird, I know - but even though my father wasn't there - seeing the Roche Perce will still always make me think of him. Thanks for that man - I never would have gone, or really known about it, if it wasn't for you.
Drew, just do you a favor, now plan a trip on the north shore up to Havre St-Pierre, there is much to be seen, just one thing, blue whales, humpback whale, belugas, near Tadoussac, if you do , stop camping at Paradis marin campsite, beautiful natural site, on the shore, the whales are swimming within 2-300 feet from shore, unbelivable experience, and much more. JOHN, MONTREAL
Way to pull on my heart strings! Reminds me of riding with my own dad! Way to go man! Your making me cry... GDmit... please do more like this if possible.
The video made me miss my old man. He was the same way. All around handy man that could pretty much fix anything with a paper clip and the moons gravitational pull! Awsome video.
What a story. Priceless moments. Stunning view's. Great time. And the whole story telling/video scheme is superb. Cheers from Croatia, and keep up the good work. Now I simply have o see all other of your videos. Addicted to this. Superb
The quality of your videos are absolutely outstanding Ryan! I do not quite understand why you don't have half a million subscribers. I would say that you produce some of the best motorcycle related videos here on RUclips. Keep up the great work!
That was beautiful! Great to hear about your father son connection through riding. I'm 52 and enjoy riding with my son - he is 26 and he got his MC license at age 16 - before he could drive a car!
I know this one is old Vid but, Great Job! I see the comment regularly that this is the best Motorcycle related content on YT but after nearly exhausting your library I am convinced you have the best "Do-It-Yourself" content on the Inter-Web! I watch everything from Auto-Centric to Xylophone Repair and Race/All Terrain/Off Road/4X4 to DIY of every topic and I do not see the consistent high quality and creative thoughtfulness of F9. Nobody, Nowhere, Knowhow. I will shut up now and start at the top. Thanks for the great Videos and for sharing your talents.
While born in the UK, I lived in the Gaspé between the ages of 10-17 and that is where I learned to love motorcycles. I used to ride a little Honda 50cc bike around the trails in the forest, even in winter I'd ride it along the snowmobile trails that had been packed down hard enough to ride on. Back in the UK now, I ride road bikes, but I still remember where my love for motorcycles started... at the "raw and undeveloped" (your words) Lands End. (Ironically I don't live that far from Land's End in the UK.
Truly touching, brought a tear to my eye. Your story and the beautiful country. I've only been to Canada once, I'm from Maine and only went for my great aunt to go to the dentist back when you didnt need a passport. I live in boston now, and would love to take a ride up there and see this someday. Maybe even this summer. Cant believe Ive never explored my neighboring country before.
I can't even remember how I stumbled on this channel, but this is awesome. Not just hours of footage from a helmet cam, overlaid with music. Short view-able chunks of amazing storytelling. Amazing cinematography and something I definitely want to emulate. Keep it up.
I really felt you here Ryan. I lost my father because of an heart attack two months ago. The last memory I had with him was riding my new bike where he was the pillion. We were never as close as you are but that day was different. My honest advice. Try to make those trips often. Life is short. Be with the ones you love and care.
Great video man, Treasure the time you have with your dad, You never know when you will no longer be able to. Love this video, Even though the only motorcycle memories I have with my dad are from being a passenger as a kid. This video kinda in a way put me and my dad riding together my mind.
Very cool video and awesome story. My dad and I would often talk about motorcycling and I credit him with my love for bikes. Sadly we never got the chance to ride together. But I’ll always remember when he’d take me for a ride or just let me sit on his bike when I was a kid.
Very touching video. My dad didn't ride, not did I start until after my own kids had left home, which saddens me. I do take my grandkids on rides, though. Keep up the quality videos
I always watch your reviews on products, and have bought things from viewing them. The adventure videos like this I wish I had watched long ago. These are excellent! this one especially. you captured how I felt when my dad was alive. Also, Canada is definitely on my bucket list to ride on. Thank you very much!
Absolutely gorgeous, and I love the style the videos are shot in. More than that I love your storytelling. Motovlogging, reviews or gear you remain entertaining! Keep up the great work!
Outstanding travelog! I have put the Gaspesie on my bucket list of rides.outstanding production quality. This was such a warm and heartfelt story without being maudlin. Keep it up. Love the reviews and stories.
Hey Ryan! I'm really liking your videos, especially this one! The way you and your dad have a relationship and enjoy the same things is awesome! A lil emotional for me lol
You are blessed to have a dad you enjoy motorcycling with. Mine was a minister who, after making hospital calls to visit the infirm, he told me in no uncertain terms that as lo g as I was under his roof, NO MOTORCYCLE. That sucked until one day I just came home on one. He was upset, but after I "spit the lit" to him he shockingly agreed with my point of view. He's gone now, and maybe has been looking out for my well-being since graduating to eternal life.
Gaspé is such a beautiful place. My wife and go every year... Percé is our favorite. We stay there at least 2 or 3 days. Great restaurants (Maison du pécheur, Le Biard) local brewerie (Pit Caribou)... for us, its heaven on earth! I strongly suggest to anyone to make the trip. We sometimes pass through New Brunswick and Nova Scotia when we have the time.
I hope you start making these again. I've been following the channel for a couple of months now and these trip videos are amazing. It is hard to believe I am just now seeing them.
These are some of the best if not the best moto vlog videos on youtube. Excited for Season two an you know I will be tuning into every single episode. keep up the amazing work!
What an awesome feeling to see the place where I chose to live for four years now in one of your video! I gotta say, I'm glad that you did some off-roading around here (Mont St-Pierre is hell of a spot) but you barely touched the tip of the iceberg! You should come back around with a dual-sport bike and experience what the back contry has to offer, in term of sight seeing and challenges!
You honestly deserve 1,000,000 subs. I watch a lot of the major Moto vloggers. You by far are the most creative and most talented. Trust me keep putting out amazing content like this and you will get the subs you deserve.
Awesome video! I live near the Gaspesie region and I love to do the ''tour de la Gaspésie'' on my motorcycle just like your did, so many good memories looking at this video ! I'm new to your channel, 'love it !
Not quite sure how I stumbled upon your channel, but I'm glad. Honestly you don't really see this type of quality in moto vlogs, especially in brand new ones. Keep up the great work !
Old video, but a good one. I now have a tendency to ship my bike across from The Netherlands and go tour around Quebec for a couple of weeks. I feel I'll do that too, before everything is said and done in life. That said, I'll do it with my nephew, likely. I'm burying my mother today, and my dad's been gone for 15 years now. I took some trips like this with 'm, albeit in a car, and all I can recommend is that you do that as often you can. You'll always wish you'd done one more.
Dude your stuff is exceptional you have taken the level of vloging and reviewing to next level.. Other youtubers are gonna have to up there game to keep up with your kinda content.. Really beautiful.. Can't wait for season 2
I love these and the only thing that would make them better is if they were a little longer (like 10-15 min) and a bit more detailed. the scenic video is beautiful and makes me want to visit Canada. your channel is amazing
Hi! Started watching your videos this week. Man what a quality on the editing, music and the content! Your reviews are great, and your vlogs are vert good! Made me wanna get a bike as quick as possible!
Coming here from finding the channel in 2022, this old content holds up so well. Now I’ll call my dad.
Dude. That is some seriously good stuff. The whole cinematography, storytelling - everything blows me away. That's a quality you would not expect to see on RUclips.
+MRC Wow, thanks so much! We're hitting the road to shoot season 2 in a few weeks, and we think it's going to be really special this year. ~RyanF9
+MRC exactly my thoughts. Exceptional channel.
I was thinking the same exact thing! Amazing quality
You do it right. Enjoy time with your dad as much as you can.
My dad and me rode many tours together. Last year he passed away. I miss this times with him. Thanks for that video.

I recently discovered him and was just wondering the same exact thing...
i would like to quote the man himself from the yamaha tw200 video: "we might not get there fast, but we'll get there"
1.5m subs now lol
This aged well
Man I wish I could have had even a fraction of the relationship you have with your dad. This series added a bunch of spots I wanna visit in the next year or 2! Cant wait to get my riding stamina up to make a quebec trip.

Teared up by the end of this. Thanks for making me feel things
Hi Ryan, I discovered your channel just 2 days ago and have got supper addicted to it.
This video was truly touching. You put forth father-son relationship beautifully!
Please keep up the good work.
Tout le monde devrait faire le tour de la gaspésie une fois dans sa vie ! everybody should ride around Gaspésie once in their lifetime!
Loved the video and the story. Enjoy and spend as much time with your dad as possible. I lost my dad when I was 29 and I’m now 55 and that is a big void in my life.

I don’t know how I missed this video for 4 years. Great job!
spending quality time with dad on two wheels and enjoying the magnificent view of Canada while remembering the old days. what more could you ask..
Though I haven't ridden with my father, and since he passed last year, this video rang really close, thank you Ryan, thank you from Transylvania.
You are going places dude, that much I can tell. You really should be produced, not everyone loves bikes, but you seem like a natural travel show host. Beautiful stuff man!
Those shots, breathtaking.
Going through you old videos, this once was really nice, in all sorts of ways.
You are very lucky to share something as special as riding with your dad. I love my dad very much but he and I don't get to have the same moments that you do. God bless!
Dude you should have your own motorcycle tv show!
He does! Subscribe haha
Gets better every time ! Thank you.
My father taught me to ride. We live far apart, literally and figuratively. I love this video. I relate to it on a deep level. Wenever I ride...he is with me.
Awesome...! The trip, the country, your relationship with your dad...great video
Amazing Chapter, thanks for sharing our emotions and feelings on it!

Raw and undeveloped like the 2018 klr I just bought.
Your old man looks like a beauty riding that thing
Your videos are a breathe of fresh air, and everything I aspire to experience on my own rides as I go out and explore more. Thank you.
Love this episode with Ryan and his dad.

Great video. I did week long Snowmobile trips around the peninsula twice. Fantastic!
Canada looks amazing to ride, definitely on the bucket list..
The video made me miss my old man. He was the same way. All around handy man that could pretty much fix anything with a paper clip and the moons gravitational pull! Awsome video.

This is Petrolicious class video. Very well done. You should sell your films to Tourisme Québec!
Who would give this beautiful video a thumbs down ?
You'll want warm weather on this coastline ride. That was enjoyable, will ride there again!
Beautiful Video..... On so many levels.
This video should have received more views and appreciations
Best channel on youtube, hands down. Love watching these videos. Thanks

Among the very best. Great video, great content , superb narration and a wonderful story line.
I wanted that to keep going. Really wonderful!
Amazing video, almost made me dream of the place. Cheers from Greece!!
Great work Mate. Both for the shots and storytelling and for your motorcycle passion.
This is my favorite Ryan F9 video!
What a great memory.
Dude. This is beautiful...
I did an east coast rip in 2019. Pack a rain suit, a camera, and tent. I need to go back. This brought back some feelings🥺
Very touching video. My dad didn't ride, not did I start until after my own kids had left home, which saddens me. I do take my grandkids on rides, though. Keep up the quality videos
