- I met Jacob Jørgsholm in Copenhagen. He’s an innovative chef and owner of Feed Bistro at Nørrebro. (Nørrebro is like Brooklyn in NYC).
But most important - Jacob is a really nice guy, with a great RUclips channel and even greater sense of humor. 🤣
We are making a Guajillo sauce and tasting different hot sauces 🙂

Chili Klaus has reached Jedi level, he didn't hiccup or snap his fingers. He is now the final pepper boss.

I am convinced Klaus is the devil. He didn't even flinch or anything when he ate the sauce meanwhile Jacob is looking in the eyes of God. Love you Klaus. Love how he rubs someone back as they are in pain and he's like "muah ha ha, no one is at my level." Love you Klaus be safe. LOVE to all

At some point the other person always realizes that Klaus is trying to kill them and he's really polite about it.

Chili Klaus is *SO NICE!* Which is deceptive, because he puts people into utter misery. I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe from the Children's Chorus and the Professional Orchestra eating his friggin' death peppers.
Which, btw, kudos to both of those groups for their professionalism. They held it together through their music.

@@GoodAvatar true that. I especially remember that violinist with glasses - she coped best with the chili, and was severly amused seeing the other suffering. Guess she's a chilihead (would love to meet her ;)

Wow....Jacob took the hot sauce like a boss though....because Klaus has a throat made out of steel....after watching him eating a whole Caroline Reaper pepper just like that. Crazy if you can eat so hot without passing out or something. But yes, I bet eating so hot is not as hard if Klaus is so nice and wants you to try all those amazing hot sauces (which you will regret right after probably :P). I don't eat anything hotter than Madame Jeanette peppers and only in small amounts at this moment. What's the secret to train all the way to super hot peppers and/sauce? Start slow and go hotter every week piece by piece? Or go faster and take a hotter pepper every following week after the last one?

Hi Klaus, I would suggest for more sensitive palates, to use bread as a resort to handle the spike of heat. It really helps. That is the trick for Mexican and Indian cultures.
