If we pass both parts of PLAB but the IELTS expires before we finish the registration, should we take the PLAB exams again as well as English test, or only the English test?

After searching for hours, I could not fin the webpage at which I can search for my medical university within the GMC page. hello there is also an option of using our primary medical qualification instead of ielts or oet right? aslong as your college is eligible and you meet the criterias they have listed for approval. i would like to know more about this please and the chances of it bieng accepted. thank you

maam if my college give me the english certificate that all the classes and postings has been done in english then also i have to give ielts oe oet bcsz one of my senior just passes plab without giving ielts and oet by getting english certificate from my coolege

They aren't related. You'd still need EPIC.

Hey , i’ve completed my mbbs (5 yrs course) from russia , now recently ive been hearing that there was internship included which we were unaware of and didn’t do bcz university lack of interest , so my degree states as “”bachelors degree “”instead of ‘’doctorate medicine’’ if internship was done then only so my question is does it affect when im applying for plab 1 and 2 exam ? Or mbbs degree is enough !!

Check again and ensure it is not listed. You can always get it listed.

You don't need the degree in hand. You just need to have passed your final medical exams.

Im a doctor but working in nhs uk as a sonographer if i clear plab 1 nd 2.would it be difficult to get a dr job in nhs or will i face any difficulty in getting gmc registration or job.and if i m already in uk so would it be necessary for me to appear for ukvi or no such requirements
You shouldn't based on your having a different job, but you still need ielts/oet for PLAB.

I am a graduate of Bukovinian State Medical University in Ukraine. In their mbbs program there was no internship offered but I had done All the clinical rotations. Am I eligible for PLAB. Or I should do my internship in India and then apply for PLAb.
As outlined in this video, PLAB has no requirement stipulating internship.
Ma'am, Some of my friends (plab aspirant) said research paper on the speciality you like to get in is necessary inorder to get into that speciality. Is that true?

You only need one proof of english proficiency right? IELTS alone will be enough? Which one should i take; Academic or General Training? Also you need to take the PLAB 1 in UK if it is not available in your country ya?
Yes, you can take either IELTS or OET. Academic is enough. You can PLAB 1 anywhere you are legally able to travel and where it is available.

I have completed internship of 1year in which medicine 10weeks, surgery 8weeks, pedia 5 weeks, obs and gyne 9weeks, orthopedics 4weeks, ooutpatient therapy 4weeks, infectious dz 4weeks, radiology 2weeks, opthalmology 2weeks, anesthesia 2weeks, ENT 2weeks

hello, I just passed my IELTS. Must I wait for GMC to confirm my IELTS result before I book a seat for the exam, or can I go ahead and book a seat before GMC confirms my IELTS result. I did pass all modules of the exam, and plan 1 seats are currently available for booking

yes you need to have your IELTS/OET and your pmq(primary medical qualification) certificate FINAL DEGREE awarded by your medical college , and your college needs to be on the WDMOS, if all is well you can set up a GMC account and then book a plab 1, it is different from USMLE where you can give the step 1 in the 3rd year, which does not require your degree.

Salam I have question I found an organization who wants medical students who want to voluntarily teach 1st yr subjects(anat,physio,biochem) it's a 2month project n will receive certificate is it valuable and recognized for the job portfolio under teaching experience or it is advisable to get teaching experience in UK in the concern hospital...I'm still a 4th yr medical student from India i intend to do A&E in uk after completing my mbbs in India..ur advise will be of grt value
