    Put a tablespoon of baking soda in boiling water and cook the pasta.
    A chemical reaction occurs that makes the pasta look like Chinese noodles.
    Brine is essential for making Chinese noodles.
    By adding baking soda, which is sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3), to hot water.
    Carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide) is produced and becomes brine.

    • @bebelc2l

      Sutan doesn’t cry “too much”, she cries just what is expected of a child her age. ANY kid, no matter how well-behaved and polite, will fuss and cry every now and then. That’s their whole thing.
      I honestly feel we are so used to family vlogs that either (a) exploit kids’ meltdowns for money or (b) cut them altogether to create a “perfect picture” that just seeing a normal kid act like it looks weird.

    I've always wondered how the eggs are made! I'm trying this for sure :)
    Also, as an Italian, in case anyone was wondering "capellini" basically means "spaghetti so fine they look like hair (capelli)" and there's a even finer version that is sometimes called "capelli d'angelo" = "angel hair"

    • @captsorghum
      @captsorghum Год назад +1

      Tip I learned: just look at the suggested cook time on the package. The one in the video showed "2 minutes," so just find a pasta with a cook time fairly close to 2 minutes and you should be good no matter what the manufacturer chooses to call it.

    Here in India I couldn't find much of the ingredients that are originally required for making ramen however your simplified ramen is worth a try. Thank you so much for sharing with us the recipe😊 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Sultan is a real cutie but that part when she started throwing random tantrums over nothing really reminded me why kids aren’t for me. She handled the situation so well! But I just know I would have got distracted and probably ended the video 💀

      She wasn't throwing tantrums.. she was sleepy ..that's how kids behave when they are sleepy ..

    • @7svn.

      far from a tantrum lol not even close.

    • @bebelc2l
      @bebelc2l 3 года назад +5

      That wasn’t a tantrum per se, just her acting out a bit because she is sleepy. That aside, I think is wise of you to recognize that babies demand work even if they are cute and well-behaved. I LOVE kids and have experience with caring for my sister and other kids, but often wonder if I would have the same strength and patience if I were the main caregiver.

      @@bebelc2l Its very different taking care of others and having your own, lol.
      speaking from experience here, i use to help my parents with foster care and day care raised so many kids for so many years.
      I now have 3 of my own all in teens but man.. it was a world different taking care of own kids lol but still well worth it.

      @@7svn. Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I was fairly certain that was the case, I just don’t dare to guess how much it differs because that seems to be one of the things that vary from person to person, so you can only tell for sure once you’ve lived through it… Which is why I find it hard to decided if I want kids at all. I would rather deal with the conflicting feelings of never having a child than to have one only to discover I’m not cut out to be a parent after all, you know?

      I’m Japanese.
      That’s true !! Japanese cuisine contains so much sugar recently.
      So I use amazake instead of sugar for health.
      Amazake is made rice and ricemalt.
      It’s rich in vitamins and minerals,and sweet:)

    Sweetie, thanks for a fabulous lesson on Ramen. I ate Japanese food the first time in a restaurant in Kenya when was a little kid. Since my adulthood, I cook Japanese once or twice a week. Its clean, healthy and above all good for your body. I don't eat pork and get the same flavor? and advise from this old lady: get another child fast. With another child that one will entertain herself as kids get busy doing kids stuff together. preferably Boy. Boys love mom more than Daddy, plus he will stay with you in old age. Blessings
