I am serving in behalf of AWR in Bangladesh as I speak. I got word that my father is dying at home and I may never get to say goodbye to him in person. 😭 This sermon encouraged me so much. Praise the Lord for His Grace that transcends all understanding.
May God sustain you in your grief. Do not feel guilty or too sad. My father has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and just been given weeks and months to live. I have not seen him for a few wks either. Have to pray to God for understanding, healing hopefully too. Yet we are to also know we are only here for a season. Our real hope is in heaven. We are to seek God first. Amen.

Certainly your health advice is sound: healthy habits and meaningful friendships, a spiritual connection with God and others, above all faith in God, shown in our persistent prayers, remaining positive. I have been weak and in pain all year following covid, but am now on the mend! God is healing me and I’m not a spring chicken! This advice you give is valuable and true. It can help many. When God revealed to me that He is Only One, I accepted it by faith because I know His voice. I always spend time with Him in prayer and even talking to Him as my Bestfriend anytime of the day when I am doing my normal activities. He also talk to me thru His Word thru revelations that’s why I am very familiar with His voice. A lot of pastors, evangelists, religious teachers, etc are teaching about the trinity and there are few others who believe that God is 2 persons. Yesterday, I told God, “Lord, You are the Author of the Bible. You are the Only One who can interpret it perfectly and Who will give me the wisdom and understanding. Last night during my prayer time, this is what He revealed to me thru His Word.
In Exodus 33:18, Moses was asking God to show him His glory. But God said, he cannot see His face for no man shall see Him and live. But God placed him in the cleft of the Rock (represents Jesus) and when He passed by, He covered him with His hand so that he will not see His face. Then when He take His hand away, he shall see His back. God revealed to me that Jesus is a part of God’s body. And this is the glory that He gave up when He came to earth in a human form to die for ous sins. He was 100% man and 100% God when He was insulted, spitted, mocked, persecuted, pierced and all those very hurting and humiliating words and deeds thrown to Him. In John 17:5, Jesus said to the Father, “And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.” When He ascended to heaven, He was again glorified with the Father in the same Body. Hallelujah!
In John 1:1-3, John testified that Jesus is the Word and the Word was God and He was in the beginning. All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made. Jesus did a very active part in the creation of the world. He was the Word spoken like, “Let there be light” and it came to existence.
In Matthew 16:27 Jesus said, “For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.” When Jesus comes back (soon), He will come in the glory of His Father. This is the time that we will see the full glory of God, the Father and the Son and we will see Him face to face. This is the most exciting event that the true believers of Jesus Christ are waiting for.
Hallelujah! Maranatha! Come my King Jesus, come. All praises, honor and glory belong to You alone! Amen!
