Tazeem Visits Broughton House | Safer Care Homes

The aim of the Safer Salford programme is to make Salford the healthiest health and social care system in the UK by 2022. One of the improvement programmes is Safer Care Homes. Members work with Haelo's support to build evidence-based change packages through sharing learning and ideas. We work together to improve patient safety in priority areas within care homes across Salford.
