Jam's Germs so happy to have been part of this wonderful journey! Great video🙂
Thank you for joining! 😊

@@fred273 Thank you so much for reminding me!
Wow man, that's awesome. Good luck with your documentry!
Hydras have access to the sorcerer's stone.
They are the sorcerer's stone.
Philosopher's Stone*
fullmetal alchemist?
@@taylor4909 Well it's Philosopher's Stone in Harry Potter. It was changed to Sorcerer in the US because they thought Americans wouldn't be able to relate to the original word.
The Philosopher's Stone was been written about 1700 years ago, so it's predates the film industry by a little bit. 🙃
The thought that humans could someday regrow a new body part that is a perfect match is astounding to me. New kidney, heart, or pancreas. More funding into stem cell research please! Science rules! I want a pet Hydra!
When I was 9 years old my dad gave me an another CD. So many documentaries, games and simulations he gave me since my 7, after my first PC. Only one of them "astounded" me seriously and it was about scientifical informations, especially about our solar system and galaxy. I knew people may talk about things with "words" and "theories" even at my 9 but when I saw those "numbers" and "experimental data" about planet's both chemical and physical forms, it shocked me. Not because the things I saw was unbelievable for me. It was shocking because of how humans are trying so hard to make something nearly impossible for them to happen, wasting all of their energy, just because of their egos while there are so many problems to fix from the past. Imagined some scientists searching about Venus or Jupiter while not knowing their own world or even body's functionalities completely. It was funny even for a 9 years old simple boy.
Man made organs will be a thing for sure and it is so important for our kind but what bothers me is the things/problems from the old times. The gaps between our imaginative milestones.
Research should come the join of discovery not monetary means, the paycheck is the joy
Im so excited for your documentary hope it does well!!
I remember being fascinated by these when I was ten or eleven years old, and I still find them to be rather interesting. The footage in this video is very pleasing.
Your work is so inspiring, I'm a student Product designer and your work is helping me appreciate the beauty of nature at all scales!
Congratulation!
Your Pickle rick has evolve to Hydra Rick
*Hail Hydra*
woohoo, congrats Jam's Germs! Love the music and text
Your channel is growing up fast. Good luck, and keep up the good work!
Shout out for your current channel and new channel where you collaborate with hank.
Yeah, much better with music now
The resolution is great too
yeah I agree it is awesome with music now! I really wish you used voice-over instead of subtitles though because the visuals are so fussinating you don't want to miss a thing reading
Your channel is the 1 time youtube has shown me something both new, and interesting.
This channel is beautiful.. Worth subscription.
I always love your videos and hope we get more soon. These little things are fascinating. Thank you!
awesome information!
Hail Hydra.
Haha that's ridicu... HAIL HYDRA!!!
hail hydra!
Aquarium nightmare but pretty cool. I'd like to see one of the oldest ones
There immortal
Use audio instead of subtitle, eyes are focused on the object.
Exactly what i thought
ruclips.net/channel/UCBbnbBWJtwsf0jLGUwX5Q3g I'm sure hydras will be added soon.
maybe they're insecure about their voice?
@@GeorgeNoiseless shame on you.
@@sir7689 For something particular or just in general?
Don't give up that dream! I wanna see that documentary!
The music was a great touch
Congrats on 29k subs!
awesome footage - always loved looking at hydras :-)
A question for you, Jam's Germs!
I've started a few microbiome cultures, along with steadily growing and caring for my reptiles and invertebrate communities, and I was wondering if you could give me some insight into what your model of microscope you use, what camera you use to shoot your footage (if I ever decide to start my own channel), and what I can do if the equipment totals to an absurd amount but I still want at least a microscope at home so that I can learn, observe, and grow my cultures further. Would buying one wholesale or used be recommended? What advice would you give?
Thank you so much as always, and love your channel and into the microcosmos!
Very cool videos. What kind of microscope and camera do you use?
THANK YOU !
EPIC FOOTAGE ☺
Thank you so much! Very interesting video! I subbed! 😊👍
Dude your videos are always really cool
Is there any chance you can add your own commentary?
Beautiful shots.
I've looked couple pages of yours but couldn't find any information which brand and model microscope do you have; can you inform us?
Hail Hydra!
I have quite a few of these little fellas in my ecospheres. They can definitely be seen with the naked eye.
Best of luck for future brother. Loving your videos. Looking up for the documentary!
Your videos are so amazing, keep doing your great work
Hello from Russia! By equipment was it recorded?
I'd like to say first that I love your Channel and I love what Hank and John do as well. But I have one suggestion if you could please I have dyslexia and Central auditory processing disorder and stuff and if you could just make the words a little bigger and put them on the screen for just a little bit longer so I can pause it to read. Thank you
Thanks a lot! Don't you worry! I'll do voiceovers and add bigger captions staying loger on the screen, thanks for bringing it up! ♥️
@@JamsGerms thank you so much for taking into consideration and helping more people access your videos!
Jam's Germs Cool!
An amazing channel! What is the name of the documentary?
Hey James great videos! What is your microscope setup?🔬
Can you tell me how you can do stent cultures or other beings I would like you to do tutorials on how to take care of them
Best wishes for u r endeavours.
I’m a biology major. Your videos are so cool. What’s your education background?
Amazing creatures. Good luck with you proyect!
They’re like the brooms from the Sorcerer’s Apprentice in Fantasia. Cut them apart and you get an army of them that you can’t stop!
Unless they get eaten, apparently.
Awesome video. Thank you for sharing
what microscope you use or recommend ?
So interesting! My mind is blown.
Amazing videos. Do you have any videos on your microscopes/equipment?
Super cool
Awesome 😎
Good luck with your project dude!
Pretty good job
awesome video!
Good luck with your research!
Isnt it weird that that certain type of jelly fish and this hydra both have stingers that shock their prey?
Anybody looking to get into microscopy, there’s a fantastic book called “Fundamentals of Light Microscopy and Electronic Imaging” by Douglas Murphy. I’d be willing to bet money Jam’s read it. It’s expensive though. But just search books, articles or videos about microscopy if you’re interested in the topic.
Wow!
Sound and longer videos plss :)
Brilliant as it is! Keep the subtitles mute, IMHO.
I rather live 60 years with the things I can do then rather be a jellyfish or what ever that thing is and live forever
good luck on your research, the future starts with you!
I bet you hyrdas are growing along the walls inside the fountain of youth!
imagine mergin with algae like this animal and live longer or at least not having to eat as much
I like your videos of cells dying.
Simple yet Beautiful Organism...
Whats the music?
Taken straight from the Lazarus pit.
How do you differentiate guy and girl?
I don’t think that singular-celled organisms have genders, but I’m definitely not an expert, so I may be wrong.
Tardigrade: *Am I a joke to you?*
I found your new micro cosmos narrated channel, which led me here which led me to your IG. Now, I hate IG. I refuse to use it. Buuuut, I'll happily lurk on your channel. I wanted to post this here and let you know how much I appreciate your posts.
What is the name of your microscope
Best of luck for your research
Now I know why they called that dragon a Hydra in Hercules.
Keep it going with that investigation! Maybe you could make a cultive from those stem cells
Hi I would like to give a bit of advice if possible. your video's are fascinating but I think you can quite easily get way more views (i think almost by an order of magnitude) by changing a few things. compared to some other video's of yours this one is quite in the right direction, you added music and an 'interesting' title right? If you have good content try to get attention with such titles it really works. Music definetely helps to keep people interested and keep their attention. Last thing you should add in my opinion is try to narrate your video's! you can add so much more information and people will feel more involved. It will look more professional and you can include more advanced information maybe (some chemical backgroud to what we see for example). I'm not an expert but I think I have seen enough youtube to make this analysis. If you do this effectively I belive you can double you amount of patreons within a year.
As if these creatures live in a (almost) perfect balance between life and death..
Hydra-
Cut 1million times
Also hydra-
Makes 1million more....
@jam @2:43, keep as many notes or what ever as you can, gather all the data you can, we'll feed it to the future smarter than us A.I., your data could be put to great use I imagine D:
i mean to say i wish you the best of luck!
2:50 man, I'm so looking forward to it.
I'm digging this music too, sounds very much like Casino Versus Japan, or another band on their record label.
I found your chanel 😂😂
Is there a hydra that lives out of water?
💖 so cool! 😍🤤
Cedric's music is rather crappy compared to this genius masterwork... tell me the truth, from where you have found it? I want to know the real author of the background music of this video!
this will be my new diet.
you should comment your videos because it is impossible to watch the video and read at the same time
I wish you the most luck doing research on aging, that’s one that really needs as much work on it as we can get.
Make me live for 150 years and I’ll make it worth it
These animal’s (single called organisms) “bloodline” have a higher chance of living past the human species.
Not if we destroy the planet first ;)
We should eat these things maybe we could live forever 😏
This would be better is I could watch the thing and not be reading. Otherwise hell yeah fuck yeah dude that is awesome
Why is this called an animal?
Hydras and lobsters would be pals
Osmos/Spore (the games) in real life :)
We're the aliens.
Humans are technically immortal because the way our bodies function.. Scientists say that our bodies should not be capable of dying, yet the biological code just quits abruptly and no reason as to why.
Do you have an article to which you are referring?
Doesn’t metabolism regulate how long an organism can live?
I think some people call it a “life clock,” but I’m not sure.
You should put a nail fungus under the scope and see what’s in it! Ew but interesting
*HAIL HYDRA*
Things are put on this planet for ots reason and its purpose, only through time will humanity understand that with what's giving we can take out of. ;) ;) ;) hail technological advancements for future generations to come.
Pickle Rick!!!!!
Not fair! >:(
