They nailed it. I stepped back in time and weirdly it was back to Vietnam where this song hit the top 40 in the states at one point in 1969 and was played on Radio Saigon "over and over". Aquarius, Magic Carpet Ride, Clover, quite a few that sort of kept us sane at times.

I was a teen when this song came out, I have to say I learned producing from several of the top record producers and one thing that producers love to do is "change things".... I wouldn't change a thing with this band. And thats the first time I ever said that about a band, a huge thumbs up to your producer.

This is my favorite version simply because of the very last part while their all singing crimson and clover over and over and that one guy belts out here she comes walking over

That wasn't quirky at all - that was superb - better than the original (to me) and almost as awesome as the Joan Jett version. Loved the twanagy guitar sound, so true to the original.
