- Architect Norman Foster is the most expensive and highest-paid architect in the world. The richest architect Norman Foster with his team Foster+Partners worked on many well-known architectural projects and you definitely know some of his buildings. In this video, we will go over the highest-paid architect in the world and discover all the most expensive buildings that he constructed. Some of the work of this most expensive architect is the most expensive constructions ever built. Some of the buildings of Norman Foster are Apple Park, Hearst Tower, City Hall, Reichstag Building, Khan Shatyr Entertainment Centre, Millenium Bridge, 30 St Mary Axe (the Gherkin), and Crystal Island. These buildings are the most expensive buildings in the world built by the highest-paid architect Sir Norman Foster.
If he had achieved his level of success in other careers, namely finance, law, medicine, construction, pharma, farming, technology, telecommunications, fashion, and others, his net worth would be multiple times higher. He would be a multibillionaire.
He is the #1 architect in the world. When we compare his net worth with the titans of any of the aforementioned industries, we realise architecture is an admirable profession but not a very lucrative one.
We should all be more grateful to architects and what they have been doing for our societies.
Except for the modernists. 🤢
As a young Architect, Sir Norman inspires me a lot.
Damn. What scares me is you may be the one to destroy all the beauty in architecture one day like him.
@@richirich999 what makes U say that???
@@ericgyimah7590 Because it’s architects like him that erected the horrid Montparnasse tower in the middle of Paris. Forever a black eye on a gorgeous city. And here you are, inspired by him with true passion it seems. I pray he is never hired to build anything in rome
@Ke Fuh I know it wasn’t him that designed it. But he’s the type to put a modern building where I don’t belong.
@@richirich999 They said the same thing when the Eiffel Tower was built.
Sir Foster, more than any other aspect of his amazing career, has provided not just creative vision as the lead investment in any project, but also gave us direction in how international business and marketing elevated Foster + Partners to the most prolific expression of architecture worldwide. This took a great amount of courage to explore. Yes, he was lucky, yes, he is driven, yes, he has an extreme focus and diversity in his specific design approach. His vernacular is instantly recognizable and iconic. However, he is also one of the most versatile employers of high grade personnel, and he chooses to protect this corporate interest by engaging in their achievements. I note much has been documented about his specific approach, most prominent being he allows the profession to have fun. Congratulations! You serve as the amazing stalwart to so many influencers.
Foster's net worth is said to be $240 million.

es correcto
@@ronaldzeta7711 peter foster aka norman zumthor
looks like whoever picked the image is clueless about the business of architecture. I wonder if anyone can help with that ;)
Very unfortunate no mention of the Bow Tower in Calgary 🇨🇦 a very prominent building in Canada.
Zaha Hadid, frank gehry, Santiago calatrava are legends too
Yes they are legends ❤👌
I always thought Zaha Hadid was richest architect, but I think with Foster's more recent projects he must have surpassed her.
I don't think she ever was
Zaha was born with a silver spoon; this gave her time for her artsy diagrams and self image of curves. Her blown up sculptures are Follies, mostly.
Foster is a self-made man , probably the first architect for moon projects.
I don't think so
Millard bridge, France

What job is it at 39s around there, Circle Place?
At 2mins 27s the Eagle Logo? It looks Grand then limited Seats - What Job Is It? If Special Fighters - cant be sniped from outside?
London City Hall is About? Why Multiple Places Uses This Name "City Hall"?(Is it Really Middle of Country?)
Why you're not active anymore?
My favorite is Zaha Hadid. She is indeed extraordinary talent.
What is the relation between the title of the video and its content ?
Because he is a very versatile architect and his work is spread out all over the world. Not something a low budget architect can achieve. And Norman Fosters niece is also modern & high tech designs that are very efficiently and cleverly designed. Truly inspiring.
Because the video is about Norman Foster, the highest paid architect in the world.
@@NomanKhan-ub6sl that’s not what he asked.
They should have added “and his most known works “ or something like that
The title reads the most expensive architect in the world. The author is showing many of his design and work to justify why he is expensive to hire as an architect. His designs are unique, beautiful, innovative, had been constructed
انت يا نورمان عمرك تسعين ولو زها. علي. قيد. الحياه. التي. توفيت. وعمرها سنين. كانت ستكون. ا كثر اجر منك. اقصد. عمرهاستين. عام
Smug competitive applied art major
I don’t think you pronounced a single British place name correctly 🤣
I think his general pronunciation is a little out of wack. "loerd" instead of "lord" "hosing" instead of "housing" AND "Thames" instead of "Tems"! It must be Lloyd Grossman!
Gomez ??? the big contactor, nostalgia of da Vinci school of design and architecture, university of Manchester , ... it is attached to Pepsi uma ??? principle ..... of highest paid fellowship ....... adult dating site for vinayaka mission university , ....
It's Lord Foster or Baron Foster of Thames Bank
That is not how you pronounce Norwich 3:50
It shocks me that architects look up to him. His buildings are awful and regular people hate them.
Zaha Hadid's designs were way more creative, this dude has nothing on her
Just have an open mind , Foster’s body is straight up and down; Zaha’s was a queen of curves
nothing : you
@shinobitekken You said "this dude" speaking about Norman Foster?
why the need to rank, or even compare? Small thinking needs erasure.
