    Man.. I LOVE Pork. We eat it during Hunting. Wildboar. We use Tamarind instead of Soya, Sweet Sour Pork goes great with Bhaat ( Sticky Rice) and Chillary Spinach.
    But we only Eat in Jammu Hill Zone not in Valley. GREAT Love from Jammu and Kashmir.

    Naga people are really hard working. I am your big fan. I started eating pork because of your videos and enjoyed it so much. Now I eat it quite regularly. Thank you for making me realize that I am a pork man 🙄 and making it my favourite meat.

    When you chop pork leg, cut it in a slanting way, else its not possible to cut a bone straight. Make it slant, that is lot more easier.

    Try using mini burner.. Very helpful and convenient.. I use to burn the whole legs... By burning the whole skin it becomes tastier

    It would be much tastier if you cook those legs in that mizoram vessel at low heat for a very long time ( i know its waste of time )...but spare some time to try it once...you'll definately get a huge difference in taste....add some dry/fresh michinga patta also.

    Its better u cut it down on the floor with chopping board or wooden wood, up there there is no support n hence make a lot of noise 😊

    Becky nice curry, i also use to cook in pressure cooker. I think you need to sharpen your Dao properly so that you can cut the meat in two or three cuts because when the Dao becomes blunt it takes time.😊

    I prefer using chilli powder/dry chilli ..... Cooking meat with chilli powder makes the curry colour looks awesome .
