      It's really funny how the X are so dangerous that the only way to actually counter them is to either develope a bioweapon specifically designed to be immune to them or just go nuclear and destroy the entire planet. There is no safer option, just two effectively seperate nuclear options.

  • @MadCrashSJ
    @MadCrashSJ 3 года назад +36

    I'm confident you've figured this out, but to Shinespark, Samus must be in a neutral state, either standing or falling, and when you press B, the stick must also be at neutral. As for the easiest way to mid-air Shinespark, you do a running jump, and then press the fire and jump buttons at the same time while the stick is in a neutral position, followed *immediately* by pushing the stick in the direction you wish Samus to move. This movement tech is vital to learn for the sake of 100% item collection, and additionally allows for some boss strategies that make certain encounters significantly faster, easier, or both.

    • @sinteleon

    Max's approach to solving puzzles is so different to my own, but it's so fun to watch. I really appreciate watching these episodes of Dread. The fresh perspective gives watching this a fresh perspective I didn't experience myself when I played as having played many metroids throughout the years. I love seeing this from the PoV of someone who hasn't experienced too much of the series and is excited over even more of the little details than I was that I just came to expect when going into the game. It's very wholesome.
