Since Captain America's first appearance in the pages of Captain America Comics #1 (March 1941), there have been 6 live-action variants of the character.
Welcome to Geekwatch's variants, and in this episode we would list down all the actors who have portrayed Captain America, The Sentinel of Liberty

• 5'11" Dick Purcell is the 1st actor to portray Captain America. His Captain America's civilian identity is Grant Gardner. He appeared in Captain America movie serial (1944). Dick Purcell was 39 years old when he appeared as Captain America.
• 6'3" Reb Brown is the 2nd actor to portray Captain America. His Captain America's civilian identity is Steve Rogers. He appeared in the following; Captain America tv movie (1979), and Captain America II : Death Too Soon tv movie (1979). Reb Brown was 31 years old when he appeared as Captain America.
• 6'4" Matt Salinger is the 3rd actor to portray Captain America. His Captain America's civilian identity is Steve Rogers. He appeared in Captain America movie (1990). Matt Salinger was 31 years old when he appeared as Captain America.
• 6'0" Chris Evans is the 4th actor to portray Captain America. His Captain America's civilian identity is Steve Rogers. He appeared in the following; Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), The Avengers (2012), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), and Avengers: Endgame (2019). Evans was 30 years old in his first appearance as Captain America, and 38 years old in his last.
• 6'2" Wyatt Russell is the 5th actor to portray Captain America. His Captain America's civilian identity is John Walker. He appeared in Falcon and the Winter Soldier tv series: 6 episodes (2021). Wyatt Russell was 35 years old when he appeared as Captain America.
• 5'10" Anthony Mackie is the 6th actor to portray Captain America. His Captain America's civilian identity is Sam Wilson. He appeared in Falcon and the Winter Soldier tv series: 1 episode (2021). Anthony Mackie was 43 years old when he appeared as Captain America.

There was a commercial; almost think it was "Got Milk?" with the Avengers. He's front and center with the uniform, shield, and Hulk nearby!

To bad Reb Brown wasn’t able to make more Captain America Movies. I’m still waiting patiently for a Spider-Man 2099 Live Action Movie along with Spider-Man Unlimited and The Scarlet Spider Ben Parker (Peter Parker Clone).

Chris Evans ist definitiv der beste Captain America von allen. Der frühere Falcon ist aber auch nicht schlecht aber Chris Evans ist und bleibt der beste und schönste Captain America von allen.
Stimmen Sie der Wahl von Evans zu, sind aber sehr daran interessiert, was Mackie mit der Rolle anfangen kann.

@@Geekwatch00 I think came too soon, I think Steve Rogers should have had more movies solo. But I confess I haven't seen it. I stoped paying attention to the movies with so much Avengers grandiloquence. I would have enjoyed a Captain America miniseries like netflix's DD, more realistic.

Since you included people who only played Superman in commercials I have to say you missed a Captain America. Johnathan Frakes also played Captain America for some kind of an event. I don't recall what but yeah ... Commander Riker was also Captain America.
