Hi Crescent! I thank you so much for explaining how the "Individual Units" versus "Case Pack Plan" work. I was insisting on doing the latter and I kept on getting error or incomplete messages. It made a difference in my shipping plan workflow that I was able to finish 2 shipping plans in no time. Not my first shipping plan but of course, we need to refresh the process since I only have done this for 2 products before. Thanks again, your videos are very succinct, clear, and very helpful.

I wanna point out 2 things
1, I open almost 5 video for confirm all things in the shipment plan and your video number was 2nd, I saw 1st one that's was right but was on old web navigation so things was not clear so I close it, then I saw yours video but still there was 3 videos on shipment plan and some web content and i starting see your video but when i was in middle in your video i just close all the tab as i thing that's all i need like i don't need to see or read anything more, That's is AMAZING, SUPER and the way you tell all the things its like we are doing practical.
2nd, I think this is first updated video with new updated shipment plan creation navigation. Appreciated

Hi Crescent, thank you for your valuable content...I have a question: how to delete a shipping plan...?? can you please indicate the steps... thank you
Hello! You're welcome! I'm glad you're finding value in the content! Click on the Shipping Queue > Click on the Shipping Plan > Click on Send to Amazon View > Scroll to the bottom and Delete
Thank you crescent, but I don’t recommend people to put their own address in the shipping labels as they’re sent to multiple people we don’t know, just in order to protect privacy!! Thank you again
Great video Crescent! It sure shed some light on the new workflow for me. I tested the new workflow a couple weeks ago for one of my clients and I ran into a few issues. 1) Converting SKUs to FBA - I noticed that I would "change to fulfilled by Amazon" the items we want to send but then a few minutes later most of the SKUs would show an error message of "cannot locate SKU". 2) Since we are wanting to send 15-20+ SKUs, 2000k+ units, it seems creating a plan via file upload would be best but no luck on finding content on how the new procedure would look like.
Any insight would greatly be appreciated. In the meantime, I'm using the old workflow but since it'll be obsolete by 08/31/2022, I need to resolve the issues ASAP lol. Thanks you for time!
Hello Marvin! I'm glad you found value in the content! If you've just switched the SKU's to Fulfill By Amazon, then I suggest waiting a 15min to an hour and check back to see if you're still receiving the error. If you are, then contact Seller Support.
Otherwise, to upload via a file template, you can do that in Seller Central > Manage Inventory > Shipping Queue (top of the page) > Upload Shipping Plan File (top of the page)
Hi Crescent,
Thanks for the very detailed recording. I find it really very straight and correct but you however did not mention what happens next if you're using amazon shipping partners. Do you need to contact them to agree a date or do they just show up to pick up the boxes on the date you've entered?
Hello! I'm glad you found value in the content! All the links to additional info are in the video description. I went over the Partnered Carrier program in the video and the link to the help page I showed in the video is also in the description. This is the link, it covers are how to arrange a pick up: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/201119120
Great video! Question for you...We send 26 pallets of products to Amazon every two weeks. The products we send in vary each shipment. I am very hesitant to use the new workflow for this reason: We mix 12 different bulk candies to make a mix, then bag it in 4 lb bags. We re-use the boxes that the bulk candy comes out of to then pack up the 4 lb bags to send back in to Amazon for FBA. So we are constantly using different size boxes. We might do one layer on a pallet that uses boxes that hold 14 bags, then the next layer we add we might switch to a box that only holds 10 bags, and so on. It is currently easy using the old workflow method to print 100 2D labels for the outside of the box for quantity of 14, 100 for quantity of 10, 100 for quantity of 8, etc. and use what we need. Then when we are finished, take the unused labels to calculate how many bags of product we were able to pack up and send in. We pack the boxes as the product comes out of a bagger and onto a conveyor belt, so we are never sure if we will have 800 bags of product or 1500 until we finish the job. The new workflow does not seem like it will work for our system. I don't know how we could pre-print shipping labels and know which one goes onto which boxes. I am hoping they do not make us switch to this new method!! Any suggestions? Many thanks!
I'm glad you found value in the video! Number your shipment cartons/boxes and enter them into the shipping plan in order. The labels will print out in order so you know which carton/box each label goes on.
@@CrescentKao Thanks for your response! We currently put a shipping label and a 2d label on every box we ship in. Are the 2d labels being eliminated?
Thanks so much, Crescent! I just discovered you, today! Question: do I need to choose a fulfillment center nearby, and create a relationship with them? Thanks.

Hi Crescent. Thank you for this video. I learned a lot from it. Question. Do the detail of the shipped packages ie dimensions and weights have to be accurate if the supplier is shipping through their preferred carrier? Thanks
Hello! You’re welcome! I’m glad you found value in it! Yes, the size and weight must be accurate. Amazon needs to know. This video goes over the inbound shipment packaging requirements: ruclips.net/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/видео.html
You know? I don't have the convert button, I changed from Merchant to fulfilled by amazon yesterday, today nothing has happened, so I did it again, I checked the page to see if I may be missing something but I could not see anything else. Thank you for all you do

Thank you so much for the detailed step by step info. I have one question though, I was able to create and print the FBA labels however the language came out in Chinese. Our products are to be sold in the USA so I'm wondering if that will cause any issues when they get to the Amazon warehouse?

Hi Crescent. Thank you for your awesome video. When I tried to replenish my inventory for the first time I got No labelling required in Information/action so how can I change that?
You need to choose Use Manufacturer Barcode and that YOU (the seller) is going to do the prep/labeling or if the option is there, choose to convert it to Amazon Barcode. Otherwise, you can use the Add Another Condition option.
best best best
Glad you’re finding value in the content! And thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it!
Hi Sir, can you make a video about uploading flat files especially its Child Listings names not changing? Amazon says that it was successfully processed but the truth is that, it's not changing.

Your such a good teacher Question on photoshopping the FNSKU Do you think its ok if we use the FKSKU to include a QR code ? My product has NO packaging and NO way to put an insert with it so was wondering if I can increase size of FNSKU and put it there OR maybe a website ? Thanks for your time
Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it! Yes, you can put whatever you want on the label as long as the FNSKU is easily readable and scannable still. These are the requirements: sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200141490
And this goes over customizing the label: ruclips.net/video/tdJqj7tEjdM/видео.html

Thanks for the video! If I have more than 10 boxes to ship, how would I create the shipping plan since maximum is 10 boxes?
You're welcome, I'm glad you found value in the content! First, make sure you're not exceeding your storage limit. If you're not, then create a second shipping plan.
Amazing information, so we do need to put an fnsku for each unit if we are using Fba , and for our shipping cartons we do need to put the Amazon fba box id label and carrier label, what carrier label means ? and how we can get it ?
I'm glad you found the content helpful. Yes, the FNSKU needs to be on every unit. This goes over all the labeling requirements: ruclips.net/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/видео.html
Hi thanks for your video sharing, could you also share me the document you just scrolled in the video?
Which document? All links are in the video description.
Hi Crescent, you have no idea how much you have helped me out with how clear and how much detailed informaiton you put in your videos, so THANK YOU! Do you mind if I ask a question? I'm just about ready to ship my very first product to Amazon. I have 4 variations and 2 of those variations will not let me switch my barcodes from merchant to Amazon barcode, even after I went to setting>>Fulfill by Amazon>>FBA Product Barcode Preference, and changed my setting to Amazon barcode. It seems some ASINs will only allow to print a Merchant bar code. Is there another option for me or do I have to just print out my own UPC bar codes for the 2 variations? Either way, this process is my only hold up. Thank you so much for any advice.
Hello! You're welcome! I'm glad that you've found value in the content! You can try deleting the 2 variations and recreating them, selecting the Amazon barcode. Use the same barcode that you assigned to them.
@@CrescentKao Okay Thank you Crescent, never thought to do that simple thing.😁😁
Hi, im trying to send to fba a box that weights 86lbs through LTL but it says that the pallets has to weight at least 150lbs, so when I tried to add more items to reach the weight need it, the system divides my items into two or more warehouse forcing me to create more than one palet. Do you have a video explaining how to fix this? Thank you
Great vido. What about sending large products on the pallet. for example flower pots size 30 x 30 x 30 cm. Lets say 40 pcs per pallet. Is that mean we need to print 40 labels (one for each box).
I’m glad you found it helpful. Pallets are labelled as a unit:

Great content! Can you ship mixed SKUs LTL pallets into Amazon? In other words, can I send a full pallet with 2 or more different products on that pallet? Right now I am sending multiple single SKU pallets on separate shipping plans but I would like to be able to mix the pallets. I hope that makes sense!

Hey crescent! Amazing video!! I need your help, I created a shipping label for 10 boxes with 100 units inside each box but it shows "0" shipping cost... How arrange the pick up? Do I have to contact with UPS and quote with them directly?
Hello! I'm glad you found value in the video! If you're not using the Partnered Carrier program, you need to arrange the actual shipping with a shipping carrier like UPS or FedEx. The shipping plan is for Amazon's internal purpose only. This goes over it: ruclips.net/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/видео.html
I suggest watching this too: ruclips.net/video/_suEbhpvamE/видео.html
Thank you my bro. You've helped me very much and made it so simple. My question is if I have 25 cases (40 units) each. Do i still do individual packing or Case Packing? and Do I with select individual shipping or LTL shipping?
You're welcome, I'm glad you found it helpful! If the shipping cartons are all the same then go ahead and choose Case Packed. If they are over weight/size for SPD, then you'll have to choose LTL.
@@CrescentKao Thanks bro. I also had a question about product listing. I have two variations ) Pink and Blue color for my product, How can I make a 3rd option to sell them both as a bundle? how can does the fba inventory flow work after making this change?
@@Peaceseeker917 No sweat! You have two options 1) You have to create a unit that has the items prepackaged as a bundle with it's own SKU/barcode and send them in to Amazon: ruclips.net/video/niix7G20YPQ/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/8eNK0rjYxdk/видео.html
Or 2) Use the virtual bundle option: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/87HAE6PMKKM23Z7
@@CrescentKao Much appreciated! I dont' have my own brand setup yet so option 2 won't work and Since my supplier is ready to ship goods option 1 won't work. But I will definitely consider this for next shipment. I'll make a separate 3 sku for combo pack. I'm actually starting another video of yours on Jungle Scout product research.
On Amazon's New Workflows. Have you found a way to list and send inventory in one continuous motion with the new workflow? I the list via add product then opens a new active workflow each time is there a way to add it to an existing active workflow?

You’re welcome lol! I’m glad you found the solution! Here’s an updated video on this: ruclips.net/video/S_oNiDvgxQs/видео.html
Maybe I missed this but I didn’t see anything about how to get the product from the supplier to the freight forwarder and how to arrange that and Vice versa with the docks in America to the warehouse. I’m new to this I apologize

Hello Crescent. Interesting video! But how we can change the date of shipping if the date is passed and 2. question how we can cancel a shipping plan if already has everything done, but we change mind and want to change a number of boxes for example?
Hello! I'm glad you found the video helpful. Like I said in the video, the ship date doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you ship after the date you chose. If you change the shipment details and need to update the shipping plan, then delete the old one and create a new one.
Just starting out as a new seller and so glad to have found your great content! I am trying to send to Amazon for the first time, and I'm stuck at Step 1. I cannot enter a "ship-from" address -- when I choose "select an address", no addresses display. Instead I get an option to "add new contact" but I can't do that because the submit button is grayed out. Did I miss a step somewhere when I set up the account?

@@CrescentKao thanks for your prompt reply. I did in fact start with that video. And I deleted the STA workflow several times and started over. But I'm still unable to add a ship-from address (the submit button is grayed out). Also, your screen shows a default address -- I don't see my default address on my screen. Could that be the problem?
Hey Crescent, an amazing video like always thank you. I have a question. My account is old but I will start selling now and never sold before. So I am a new seller. Do you know what a new seller's storage limit is?

hi crescent loved your video. I have a question. how do you pick 'ill ship myself to amazon directly' so I am not charged for the shipment by amazon and how do I ship two products to the same shipping address without being charged by amazon. Is there a way ?
I'm glad you found value in the video! If you don't choose the Amazon Partnered Carrier option, then you have to find your own shipping carrier and ship the products to Amazon yourself. I went over this in the video. You can ship as many or as few products as you want to Amazon, which warehouses they go depends on what the shipping plan tells you. If you want them all to go to one warehouse, this goes over it: ruclips.net/video/oWl9vspkm5I/видео.html
I’m watching your videos on RUclips about the Amazon FBA , you are so inspiring. Sorry to disturb you but I want to ask you something about the shipping, one theme I didn’t find in your videos . It’s about packaging and labeling the cartons . What about is my product I’m about to sell , for more collision protection goes first in a inner box and then in the big carton ? Does it need a label on it ? I’ll make an example . I have 24 products , Our packing is that each out carton contains two inner cartons, each inner carton contains 12 sets of gift boxes, and 2 inner cartons contain 24 sets of gift boxes. Do I need to create an inner carton label ? And how do I do that ? Thank you so much and I would really appreciate an answer from you

Plz tell me how to Download sku list option, in old workflow I can download sku list with plan id
But I can not found plan Id for packing list
Plz help me
We send in LTL pallets of small boxes for FBA. (examples of box sizes: 10 x 6 x 4; 10 x 7 x 4; 11 x 7 x 7). We can fit 200-400 boxes on a pallet. Is there any way we can continue to do this with the new SEND TO AMAZON workflow without having to put these boxes into larger boxes?
As long as your pallets meet Amazon's guidelines, you can package it however it you want: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/200978400
Hi!
First of all, excellent video!
Some doubts:
1) If send product from China, and choose an estimated time of arrival that then I don't meet, does Amazon charge me?
2) What if I send extra or less units than declared, does Amazon charge me?
3) Should I cancel my ETAs declared in the shipments?
4) When should I use Amazon Carrier Central to request appointments to enter the warehouse versus the agenda that appears during the shipment creation?
Thank you in advance!
Hello! I'm glad you found value in the video!
1) Like I said in the video, it doesn't matter what date you set. Nothings going to happen
2) You can only have a +/-5% or 5 units discrepancy
3) Refer #1
4) The partnered carrier program only applies to domestic shipments. So you can use it for the stateside portion.

@@CrescentKao Got it! And if I end up sending more units than declared, do they charge penalties?

Hi Crescent
Thanks for nice video
Two questions please
1 -I have 10 bar codes from GS1 I was member but not anymore still am I allowed to use those barcode for my orders at Alibaba?
2 -before I make a shipping plan do I have to send my sample for Amazon for approval or check up because I’ve seen some video suggestions they mention we have to send a sample before shipping
What is best answer please and thanks
Hello! You're welcome! 1) You don't need barcodes to place orders on Alibaba. Only Amazon and other retail stores require it. 2) No. Samples are for your reference only to make sure the product meets your expectations. I suggest watching this video: ruclips.net/video/fLdPcTVkQz8/видео.html
