Great explanation and solution. Have you found that the billet spacer significantly decreases clearance to the wheel barrel--do you have to run larger diameter wheels or wheels with more barrel clearance?
The roll center kit does reduce wheel barrel clearance, but not significantly. The smallest we have tested is 17's and have had plenty of clearance, even with reverse mount wheels. Depending on the style of wheel i'm sure some 16's would also fit.

The rear suspension geometry is different (better, IMO) so it’s not necessary.
This isn’t correct... the rolling moment is between roll axis and the center of gravity and not between the roll center(s) and the cg.
