Very nice video! We also sailed with Captain Cook and visited Tivua Island, but it was 7 nights cruise. Great experience, super friendly people, tasty food.🏝🛳🌊🐠🐙

That is so exciting! We would honestly search top rated restaurants on Google Maps and explore the area that way to try new things :) The Indian food there is really good! And seafood

Thank you for posting this informative video. We will be flying to Fiji in one week (JUNE 2) and staying at the very same resort. We are excited but also nervous because we have never traveled internationally before. I do have a question though. Should we bother bringing any US currency/cash? Do they take credit cards? Do they have a way to change US currency to Fijian currency?
A few shops take credit cards which are mainly the more expensive shops. So I would recommend changing your US currency to Fiji Dollars. Im sure you can do that at any currency exchange shops in US. You can also do currency exchange at Arrivals. Theres a ATM machine as soon as you come out of arrivals to get Fiji dollars. Having cash will be really helpful for you.

Same here
No. but it also depends on where in Fiji you’re going. It generally rains a lot more in Suva than it does in Nadi.
I believe November through April is the rainy season! August should be a good time

How to go to El Nido, Palawan ? Just take a direct daily flight from Manila, Cebu or Iloilo going to Puerto Princesa Airport in Puerto Princesa City, the capital of Palawan Province , then take a ride on van, bus etc going to El Nido, Palawan. But before you explore El Nido, Palawan, I suggest you must visit first Underground River in Puerto Princesa City, it is the New Seven Wonders of the World and also Bakers Hill in Puerto Princesa City.

"Nadi" is not an island, and you didn't even bother to learn how to pronounce the name of that city correctly. You obviously do not care at all about what is actually happening here, all you did was what tourists do. Why did you not visit the real Fiji? When you said "Yawasa Island Chain" is when I had to stop this nauseating video. Next time you go somewhere, please get to know the place
Sa rawa.you think its easy to pronounce the fiji words, get real mate, you need to understand and learn more about understanding.
@@nikeeddie9430 I think when visiting a place it is a sign of respect to learn something about the people and their ways. The girl in the video is a typical tourist who can't be bothered to even pronounce the name of the place she visited. I don't find anything difficult about pronouncing the Fijian words, unlike English the written is pronounced phonetically. And please tell me what I need to learn about understanding people who don't give a crap about the place they visit, and then embarrass themselves in videos
