- Matamanoa Island is located in the Mamanuca Island Group off the west coast of Viti Levu, Fiji. This was our first time staying on an island that exclusively had only one resort, Matamanoa Island Resort. Wonderful snorkeling and with plenty of activities to keep you busy if you prefer! We stayed at Matamanoa Island Resort in one of their Bures. Definately should be on everyone's bucket list. BEAUTIFUL!!!! Staff could not be more friendly!!!!

Just booked for a week on the way back from a family wedding in Australia. Looking forward to some scuba and relaxation. Should I book scuba before I arrive, or can I book on the island for next day dives?
My husband was able to book dive excursions when we got there, he didn't need to book in advance. But we were there in early June. Enjoy your trip to Fiji!! We miss it there!
@@LaineyhulaAdventures My second trip, stayed in Denarau last trip back in 2019. But wanted to try an island resort this time. So far the staff have been very helpful with logistics. 56 days to arrival…
