I highly recommend HK tourist association to use this vlog to promote HK, so freaking awesome! ❤️❤️ This is what you call telling a good story of HK! Kudos to Sam and Victor!
HK is such a great destination. Urban scene, food scene, and even great hikes. Surprisingly clean, with friendly locals and top-notch hotels. It never gets boring.
As a local who frequents cafe and cultural places, I gotta say this vdo is 100% spot on as a recommendation of cool places in Hong Kong. If you had an extra day, branching off to an island like Lamma Island would have been nice too. Great vdo!
This is the best HK travel guide i've found so far. Every other video / webpages are just recommending the same thing over and over. Thank you for making this video!
After watching this video, I went to Hong Kong in March. I've been to Hong Kong Disneyland before, but this was my first time in the city. This video is recommended for those who are going to Hong Kong for the first time. I fell in love with Hong Kong!!! Thank you for introducing us to wonderful shops and spots! Please come to Tokyo again!
I am going to visit HK this August, so I'm already watching lots of vlogs to prepare. I'm just gonna say this vlog is one of the best out there! So many places not present in other vids but is in here, plus you provided very useful info tidbits.
Omg I LOVE this vlog. The shots, the music, the calm vibes and aesthetics and I also like the effort that you put in the titles and little comments, it is also makes it a lil bit personal!!
Hong Kong looks so beautiful and lively . Was there a month ago . On a long layover home ti Australia. Just went to the harbour and took the ferry over to the other side. It was at night and there was a light musty rain in the ut. It was such a beautiful experience! We stood and looked at he skyline and the amazing neons reflecting in the water. Walked a few blocks around the city , staring in the windows of shops and restaurants. Would def love to come and visit properly. I was fascinated by the city. Hopefully soon . Thank you as always for your videos , I find them so informative and relaxing. I would love to visit your own line too. To check out your lovely photography . Take care ❤
i love how detailed and aesthetic this whole vlog is yet not overwhelming to watch 🥰 we’re visiting hongkong soon and i took some notes, i’m so excited!
I'm going to visit Hong Kong next month and your video is quite helpful for planning. Now I'm sure that I can enjoy Hong Kong even though I've got limited time to see around😊 I would really appreciate it if you made another vid like this.
Hey Sam and Victor, thanks a lot for this video! I just got back from 5 days in Hong Kong and I based a lot of my itinerary off your suggestions. This was by far the best video guide to HK I found! I didn't get to everything you suggested (might have had a bit less coffee than you!), but I definitely made it to corners of the city I wouldn't have otherwise. Thanks again!
Perfect video for my upcoming HK trip this March. As I have been to HK a couple of times, so this time I’m looking for places to visit that are not too touristy such as the Lantau island, Disneyland. Thanks for sharing! :)
As a local in Hong Kong, also recommend to try some hiking routes in Hong Kong, they are all stunning! We got skyscrapers and beautiful landscape in the city!
This vlog is surreal, thumbs up for the photography and editing, job well done.... the iconic Star ferry and Peninsular Hotel remains the same since I last visited in the mid-70's... I gained 5lbs , and was totally wired after tagging along this 4-day caffeinated tour...
Thank you guys so much! I’m traveling to HK tomorrow and taking way too many screenshots from your video to save all these places ahaha. Love the detailed caption on how to get to the destinations 💖💖💖 Subscribed 😁
used this as reference in my Hong Kong visit with the fam early this month. thanks for sharing. very helpful indeed, Sam and Victor. Will definitely go back. Hong Kong is art ❤️
One of the best HK vid i've watched. Very informative and helpful. Finally, a no frills video. Thank youuu im a new fan. Will visit these shops on June.
I love this kind of Vlog! I have watched a lot but this is spot on for me, not that loud, relaxing to watch and the itinerary is already there, please do more like this :)
This has totally opened my eyes to Hong Kong - you have made me want to go there! Love how aesthetic and fun this video was... I really felt like I was being transported around Hong Kong directly from my living room in London, UK 🇬🇧 ❤ thank you guys ✨️
Love this vlog - so relaxing and the vibes are just immaculate. Love Hong Kong and can't wait to be back with the guidance from your itinerary. Hope you could make one with estimated expenses too :)
Thank you both for this. It's been quite a while since we've been back to HK and it brought back some memories for me even though neighborhoods, cafes, restaurants have changed. Thank you for working so hard on this one. This is so wonderful.
Your videos make me want to travel to Hong Kong soooo much. Not gonna lie I feel a bit intimidated as it’s very different from where I’m from (latin america) but can us who doesn’t know the language also have a good time? Everything you guy make is so aesthetically pleasing you can’t just not love it. Hopefully one day I will experience this guide myself 😊😊😊
going to HK with some friends in June and your vlog was so helpful! Can't thank you enough for creating this little guide/itinerary and can't wait to visit the places you recommended in the video :))
So good to have found this! Love the whole vibe! Subscribed immediately when I knew that it’s more of architecture, photography, & coffee. Kudos! I’ll use this guide for my HK trip!
I'm actually so excited now ! I going to visit Hong Kong end of the month for 6 days and I was quite worried what to do there since I'm travelling alone. This video is really helpful and I'm glad I found it! :)
tomorrow will be the first time I return to travel in HK after Covid and your VDO does make it more exciting with the updates !!! Love the art direction and videography and address information of each place at the bottom .
Plan to visit HK and come across your video. The best vlog I ever watch and gonna travel HK with all your recommendations. Love the video you guys create, keep it up! ❤
Love your channel - I grew up in Hong Kong and lived in Guelph for four years now residing in Seattle ; your video made my heart aches as I haven’t been back since Covid, hopefully this Nov. You have nice tastes. looking forwards to visiting all the nice shops and cafes from the video.
Love your videos specially about Hong-Kong, they are so inviting. Every shoot is beautiful and the rythme of your video too. Would love to see work by real craftsmanship masters , Museums and Fashion content. Thanks for sharing your vision and eye 🙏🏽
I've been to Hong Kong (only) twice and I hadn't even seen/done 3 things on this list! I'll be back for 4 days next year so I'll definitely be using a majority of this itinerary! ❤
Heading to HK next week! And so happy to have found your channel. Have been binge watching for the past couple of days looking for places to visit. Will be my 4th time here and idk why but I keep gravitating towards HK. This time I'm coming with the husband and our baby hehe. Love how you're romanticising HK in a way with your videos. Keep up the work!
Hi, love the video, the photography is top quality, thank you. I am in HK right now and have done most of things you mentioned and more. I spent whole day shopping yesterday and found that some of the shops in the video have closed - Midway, Storerooms, Foreforehead. But really liked Bunkaya. If you are reading this, any other similar shops you would recommend? Tai Kwun is amazing. Went back again for dinner last night in the Chinese Library, the food was fantastic.
Interesting to note is the endless cafe hopping and tours in different shopping outlets, really highlights the hk consumerist culture. This would be a pretty good representation of a westernized educated middle to upper class experience. one thing to gripe is how the photo ops and places where you would call interesting are somebody else’ dreadful life they so wanna escape. This fetishization of the “quirky oriental life” dehumanizes the people who actually lead those lives, and adopting a more understanding and appreciative local lens is a better approach in my opinion. But otherwise this is hands down the best hk travel vlogs out there thank you!
I understand and appreciate your concerns, but that's life in any capitalistic society. Viewed one way, media attention on small business is a way to promote them. Viewed another way, it is exploiting the working class for your own entertainment. It's all subjective, but cheers anyway.
This vlog embodies everything i love to see/do/buy. I usually go to hk every year (pre pandemic) most recently end of last year and i struggled so much to find decent homewares stores, will defo use your recs next time. Love that you guys focused mainly on local eateries and hk aethetics rather than foreign brands as i love the modern take on hk aesthetics (and traditional!) wish this video came out sooner!
This is just great. I will just carbon copy this itinerary on my coming visit in NOV. I hope the weather will be holding up. I worry Nov is storm season I heard. Lastly, can you advise where can I buy mahjong tiles? I would like to buy it as souvenir. Thank you and continue to share us more wonderful videos next.

Love it . I love that Hong Kong candle, it’s so cool that they featured the bauhinia and rice. and thanks for cha chaan teng recs. It would be nice to show some Hong Kong style drinks that are non coffee related like Ovaltine crunch, etc.
Wow! Excellent video! My first time in Hong Kong and I wanted to visit the Walled City, and found out today it was demolished and turned into a park. But from your video can go to Monster Building (Yik Cheong apartments you said) instead. Thanks!
I’ve been waiting for this from you guys. I know it’s gonna be a good one. We’re in HK for 2 days already (for our 4-day trip). This video comes in perfect time!!
Welcome to HK, the land of National Security Law. Where you can be disappeared for a period of time. Where someone will knock on your door middle of the night. Where you end up in jail, because someone doesn't like what you said, either the police or the government. Where someone dresses in black, and follow you around. Welcome to this great city.

Thank you for all this recos, hopefully I can go to all the places you mention especially the local cafes ❤ btw are the local restaurants recommended for foreigners? I wanted to try but I'm afraid of the language barrier
Today concludes my last day vacationing in Hong Kong; the last time I was here was about twenty years ago as a toddler. I noticed that a decent portion of locals speak English with American accents now; do you have insight into this? I was pretty blown away since my dad is from here and mentioned that he was exposed to a British form of English. I legitimately thought that the locals I spoke to were Americans
