One more thing: your plans about going back to Lithuania to get clients make a lot of sense because, like you rightly said, people from home will trust dealing with someone like you in Dubai. Hi Jean, came across your videos recently and you seem genuinely humble. With someone with no real estate experience, can someone make a living (despite commission only) if they choose top relocate and find agency work ? Im in the UK and seriously contemplating this move. I have some money saved to get me started, and i'm sick of the UK.
Appreciate it! Well, it is definitely doable and we have many great examples of that in our company. But it definitely won't be easy, you need to prepare yourself for that. 9/10 usually see no success in the business.
