    Problem with machine chest press is individual anatomy. If you're tall you may not get a great chest stretch. Or the machine may be small for you. I certainly expected something like a low incline dumbell press there.

      Dumbbell press is overrated .

With dumbells you get a better range of motion, each side is working independently so no muscle imbalances, stabilisers also work so your joints become stronger and healthier and lastly they can be used by anyone no matter what their anatomy is. Please do tell me how dumbell presses for chest are overrated.

    My favorite go to by far for weight training coaching! At 64, I wish I had a trainer like that here in Texas. I’m making slow but steady progress though with Johni ‘s excellent tips.

      Lighter weight, higher reps... The best for older age . Less chance of injury and it works.

    I dislocated both of my big toes while doing calf raises on the leg press. After a set, I didn't lock the slide correctly after finishing a set and it rushed down.
    Hell of a fun...
    Another thing: I would have expected two back exercises, one vertical and one horizontal. Apart from that, great work as usual!

    I've been lifting for years and never performed biceps at an incline. Just completed my last set and my arms are burning with only 30 lbs! Gheesh!

    Always great work. Regarding calves, I’ve come across a lot of different channels that state research shows standing calf raises are more optimal than seated. Personally, I feel the burn more doing standing opposed to seated.

      Have read that single leg calf raises are great but a lot of people can’t do them

    cable wrist curls feel way, way better on the wrist joints than dumbbell wrist curls.

    There is nothing easy about hack squat, our gyms one weighs 60 kilos empty. I am knock kneed hack squat is not easy for me, I do it but fuck it’s hurts like fuck.

    To me free weights bench presses with dumbbells or barbells are far superior than any machines, just look at some of the greatest, biggest and thichest chest in bodybuilding history and they all built their massive chest with free weights mostly. That's why nobody can match Hadi massive chest cause he mostly free weights bench pressing. Steroids or not free weights works

      It's not necessarily having them come up, actually it's arching your back further stretching the hammies at their proximal insertion point. Trust me I've tried this and the stretch is absolutely there. But leaning forward is a mind-blowing phenomenal way to even further lengthing them strings. I also will add a folded over yoga pad on top of the pad for your calves to further raise the hamstrings up.
