I wouldn’t use the yellow wrap along with the green wrap unless it’s on a yellow Medkit. Because it’s 16 charges to heal, so with the green gel dressing it makes it so you can already heal 3 times and the extra 8 charges is a waste. Use the scissors or one of the other ones that just increases heal speed
Contrarily I quite like the extra 8. Its good for clutch faster heals ie picking up a slugged person, or allowing a teamate to only have to heal you halfway and then they can leave. Also good for if you are using one of the items that insta consume the medkit so you can heal a few times first
@@Rob526 As long as you hit a single great skillcheck you can use the instaheal addons with just the green charge addon, since great skillchecks add progress without using up charges. So you can still get 3 normal heals as well as an instaheal with the purple medkit.
For the Medkit, I like to use the gel dressings and the gauze roll as you can heal 4 health states if you hit great skill checks (which isn‘t difficult if you‘re good at it)
I prefer the green with 16 extra charges and moderate speed... I’m not always worried about speed healing others but a good green can help you heal mid chase

Medkit: Self adherent wrap wouldn’t be useful without efficiency perks, if you aren’t using them you’re better off using either AHS, styptic or medical scissors (gauze roll if you can hit every great skill check) Toolbox: best one is Commodius with wire spool and BNP
Personally I prefer the Purple Medkit with Gel Dressing and Medical Scissors. That way I have 3 heals with a bit of extra speed. The extra half a heal rarely comes into play for me with the Wrap for me and I'm not too good at landing greats. Only time the half a heal helps me is when I miss a skill check because the killer was coming up on me.

Why purple medkit? The green medkit offeres 50% more healing speed to self healing, and adding the gel dressing and adhering wrap means you can get 3-4 self heals from it with botany knowledge and selfheal while also having insane healing speed. theres almost no point of taking a purple medkit with so many charges, because you'll most likely die before you could use them. in general, Its more efficient to use green medkit because its faster. unless you want to use the purple medkit on team8s but who would ever do that XD

Having a purple medkit with 7-8 heals just isnt nessesary in most games. unless the killer always lets you run away from a chase, your purple medkit just wont be as efficient as a green one. Fast healing speed means you'll get back to doing objectives faster or be ready for chase quicker

arguably you could bring a perk called detectives huntch, and after completing a single gen you could basically see everything with your map, and instead of extending the tracking range, you can increase the duration for 5 seconds

i think the ranger medkit is best with gel dressing and antihemorragic. with the other addon 8 charges is not enough for another heal, so you end up getting 3 charges and a bit left over. with the syringe you get 4 as long as you leave just a smidge more charges
I agree for the most part, just on the maps I like the add on that let's you make a marker just because it's the only thing in the entire game that can do it and the killer can't see it or hear it. (Talking about the beam of light from the heavens above)

And also i'd argue the unique wedding ring + gold token is by far the better add on. Running a key in general puts you high on the list to get tunneled and camped so id rather have permanent knowledge of where my team is (for healing or objective purposes) rather than gambling all the key charges on seeing the killer for a few seconds (it also doesn't work if the killer is hidden). A key runner would most likely use a stealth build as well, so knowing if someone is being chases is way more important in my opinion. Also gold token stacks with open handed which gives you massive range of seeing your team.
If you want to see your teammates getting chased, running empathy on your stealth build is a much more viable option, there’s a lot of combos you can run on the key, this was just the best one in my opinion!

I respect your opinion but i still argue that its far from the best add ons for a key. Even the key ring and milky glass combo beat the blood amber is usefulness in my opinion. Getting a key in your bloodweb as a level 50 survivor can mean 150,000+ bloodpoints or less if your extremely lucky (unless you spend games key hunting with perks). keys are just to rare to waste with a blood amber gamble in my opinion.

Because the self adherant wrap gives you 8 extra charges and also gives you a heal speed increase, while the scissors only give you a heal speed increase. While the scissors increase it moderately and the wrap increases it slightly, you get more use out of the 8 charges :)
I don't know why you decided to use a brown toolbox with a brand new part when that isn't the best thing you xould bring when you could even bring a yellow yoolbox and have it be better than that combo you had in the video. You only 12 charges of a toolbox when using a brand new part which means that you are leaving 4 charges left on that toolbox compared to when you use a commodious toolbox you'll end up with 20 charges left on the toolbox to do 20 more charges on the gen 50% faster thus making any amd any other toolbox that isn't a worn out tools better than it
I don’t know where you found that information about the charges but I’m pretty sure that isn’t how it works, you’re right if you have a better toolbox it won’t consume the entire toolbox on use, but even if you use a common toolbox it doesn’t impact the brand new part, you will always have the 5 seconds to make 25% progress on the gen if that makes sense

You will get the maximum brand new part value you can no matter which one you use it on but that doesn't mean that you should use it on the weakest toolbox possible. It was like that with the old brand new part since it used to completely consume the toolbox the moment that you used the brand new part and since you are forced to use the brand new part it truely didn't matter which toolbox you put the brand new part on. But it is not like that anymore and the toolbox is preserved and the brand new part is the one that is consumed now. So using a commodious with a brand new part will 100% give you more gen potential compared to using a worn out tools with it

I did the math, its actually better to have the low amp filament rather than the 2 batteries! You get 22.32 seconds with the low amp, and 22 seconds with the 2 batteries so its a super small difference😂

i would argue guaze roll is better than self adheraring wrap because the wrap is only a 5% boost

Something i find funny is that the Medkit Green Addon Surgical Suture has the same healing increase as the Yellow Scissors but it says slightly, Why.

That’s 50% increase on others, usually you bring a medkit to heal yourself, so I think the 5% plus 8 charges is helpful on the purple one!

I don’t know where you found that information about the charges but I’m pretty sure that isn’t how it works, you’re right if you have a better toolbox it won’t consume the entire toolbox on use, but even if you use a common toolbox it doesn’t impact the brand new part, you will always have the 5 seconds to make 25% progress on the gen if that makes sense
@@sh6rpshot yes you are right about the brand new part being just as effective no matter what toolbox you use but you are reducing your overall potential in the match if you just put it on a worn out tools. You will get the maximum brand new part value you can no matter which one you use it on but that doesn't mean that you should use it on the weakest toolbox possible. It was like that with the old brand new part since it used to completely consume the toolbox the moment that you used the brand new part and since you are forced to use the brand new part it truely didn't matter which toolbox you put the brand new part on. But it is not like that anymore and the toolbox is preserved and the brand new part is the one that is consumed now. So using a commodious with a brand new part will 100% give you more gen potential compared to using a worn out tools with it
I see what you mean, I would just rather use a common toolbox with a brand new part and save an addon for a better toolbox and be able to put 2 add ons on it if you know what I mean

Actually for the purple flashlight, it‘s apparently better to have 2 batteries (the green and yellow one) - It‘s only a very tiny difference though
I did the math, its actually better to have the low amp filament rather than the 2 batteries! You get 22.32 seconds with the low amp, and 22 seconds with the 2 batteries so its a super small difference😂
