So Happy that you’re giving Tanisha her flowers and educating the children. Her and Fatima Robinson are not spoken about enough. Keep up the amazing work!
I also want to throw in Danielle Polanco, who’s along of Tanisha in a lot of these videos shown. I wanted to dance professionally sooo badly because of them

It sucks that choreographers and dancers from the 90s/00s didn’t get enough public recognition. It’s way too ‘if you know, you know’ and they deserve so much more than that.
That’s not true, they got lots of public recognition, they were in magazines, guests stars on shows, etc. They were the cool kids that hung out with the famous people
I'm so proud of this woman!!! I never knew her resume was this extensive. I admire her work ethic and versatility. She's worked with so many people. Her drive should be inspired by all in all fields of work.
Right?? What a talent! Like she was either in or a part of my favourite music videos! Also kumbe Rihanna recognises talent and supports like this? Literally all the videos she(Tanisha) was involved in are steady on rotation and unique 😊 and LEGENDARY!
I always loved seeing her in music videos growing up. Back when dark skinned women were EMBRACED! She really left her mark in this industry so positively.
Tanisha was that girl. It got to a point i knew her choreography on site without seeing her in the video. Also, i give sean paul credit for making darker skin women the focal point in alot of his videos. Regardless , of who hes married to in real life, he put chocolate sisters on display
Notice how there were so many different gorgeous brown/dark skinned dancers and video vixens in the 90s and 2000s. It was divine. Nowadays it’s only “exotic” or light skinned women on the forefront of everything, bc people only want to pour money into what “sells”.
I didnt know her list of accomplishments was this extensive! I remember her from the Sean Paul video and said damn I wish I could move body like that! Lol Glad to know she is still booked and busy. A goat in the music industry for sure.
Toronto afro-Carribean native here. Growing up she was a HUGEE deal in the city. Very respected and a total IT GIRL. All the girls had her in the back of our heads as inspiration, she was one of us yet all over the tv and she LOOKS BEAUTIFUL and represents beautifully how toronto women carried themselves and appear. the Basement jams are a real toronto cultural landmark too. Big up Tanisha. Mi luv yuh long time sexyy
I wanted to be able to dance like her so badly!!!!!! Tanisha was and is that girl! I didn't know she was in all of those videos. I learned about Tnisha from BET Behind the scenes back in the day. It just shows that you can try to coach someone to do certain moves, and it still doesn't hit like choreographer.
I knew a little about Tanisha but I had NO CLUE she did THIS much!!!! Thank you for giving her her flowers! Definitely well deserved and she helped create & make famous some of my favorite dance moves from my teeny bopper and teenage years!
Wow, she is the dancing muse of my childhood, all of those music vids that made me think I was that girl!! 😅😊I will never forget her appearance in I’m still in love mv, she had me mesmerized with her moves! Thank you Tanisha & thank you BFTV❤
So happy this woman is getting recognized for her dance talents instead of just being a "video vixen". this is great to see the true dancers geting recognition ❤
Tanisha was in EVERYTHING and I didn’t even realize it! I only recognized her in dancehall videos when I was younger. Thank you BFTV for another great video 🥰❣️
Exactly because it’s a few videos in the 90s & 2000s where the dancer was the star. Tanisha and the girls in the Back That Thang Up Video was more popular with females than the artist back then 😂
wow, she was always etched into my mind from that Sean Paul video. I had no idea she had such a successful career. That's a pleasant surprise. Her resume is rockin'. She's done so much. Beauty, talent, success. she's up there
Whenever women ask me for dance tips i always say when i was little i would watch the “im still in love with you” video and just copy what she was doing! Seriously! I still think of that to this day and credit that music video with knowing how to dance at the club. So happy you made this video ❤
I have goosebumps!!!! The videos/choreography Tanisha produced or instructed always made me get up and dance. I had no clue she was the center of it all. WOW WOW WOW!!! This confirms how powerful one’s energy and spirit can be. God bless her❤.
Love, Honor and Respect to Tanisha Scott because she is and incredible Dancer and a Great Choregrapher. Congratulations, on all her achievements and success.

I had no idea! These ppl need to be acknowledged more... They contributed so much to the entertainment business and should be highlighted.. I love videos like these❤
What a time to be alive. I miss choreography being the highlight of videos. The days when I would run home to watch 106 and park, record the video and learn the choreography, just for my friends and I to practice the next day at school.
Wow. I always play "Im still in love" by Sean Paul when I have a glass of wine and wonder who that girl is. I never thought she was such a legend. WOW!!!
I remember being in elementary school and middle school dancing to Sean Paul videos 😂😂 she a whole vibe always killed it🔥 She found her lane and Aced it 🙌🏽

She was everywhere in the 2000s, her body was insane 😍 Great to know she’s still booked & busy

💯 and I’m also gonna throw Jamaica Craft. She’s dope too.
I also want to throw in Danielle Polanco, who’s along of Tanisha in a lot of these videos shown.
I wanted to dance professionally sooo badly because of them
Was Fatima the same person who choreographed MJ's remember the time?
the bodies were bodying in that era
Right! Natural lithe bodies.
What does that even mean?

I love how you shed light on the most random people.
Me too!!😎
Tanisha is that girl!
“The most random” seems like a downplay on her accomplishments but sure
“Most random people” these people aren’t random if you’re cultured you better bow down NOW and homage to those that came before ye
Did you not just see how steeped in the culture this woman is? She is not random at all not by a longshot

Wow it’s official that Tanisha Scott taught me how to dance at a very young age and i won every contest with just dance! 👌🏿 love this channel
this 🙌🏾
She snapped her whole career and still going 😩👏🏾
She is the most influential dancer of the last 2 decades bar NONE!!

I always loved seeing her in music videos growing up. Back when dark skinned women were EMBRACED! She really left her mark in this industry so positively.
I know right I missed that, light skin women are beautiful but the diversity of the 2000s with the different races of women was beautiful.
I feel like we took that for granted 😭
