For all my life biting bugs, first mosquitoes, black flies, spiders,etc seems blood-feeding bugs have ALWAYS made me cray itchy and never knew of bedbugs until seeing a lady 60 miles away in Halifax,i live in the country her son met a young guy who stayed at a shelter, that prob took in young from the USA etc and about 10 yrs ago i would wake up from sleeping there an mth after and still this guy was sleeping in her bed when she was working and i was the only one out of 4 others never bothered or they never knew she had them. By the time it come out in the news of the growing infestation, i couldn't stay there and her bed, sofa,etc had to be thrown out but the carpets and landlords of her large aptmn unit was infested.
Reason 4 for spread in apartments - landlord refuses to obtain treatment or extermination. Eviction is insinuated if the renter makes it known. Low income families that can only afford slumlord level rent are stuck with no help. Blame landlords.

You can put smaller items into a microwave and give it 30 secs to a minute on full power.... I did this to a well fed tick I got off our dog once (wrapped in kitchen towel in case it exploded lol)....went from being shiny and bulbous to looking like a dried out raisin so a much smaller bed bug or eggs won't have a chance.....
Mentally and physically I have had my apartment exterminated professionally few weeks later I'm being bit again everywhere on my body and my landlord will not let me tell the other unit if they're a bed bugs in my neighbor's house I am on a lease and I am disabled so I have nowhere to go I spend my nights awake and now sleep during the day because they are nocturnal this is no way of life but my landlord has threatened me not to tell the other units I am at my West end I have tried everything I am stuck here and these blood suckers get me even in the early hours I am tired of being a third shifter because of the bed bugs again my landlord will not do anything I don't have the money to buy things other than bed bug repellents foggers and what not I go without food and clothing and have thrown out a lot of personal belongings because of phobia of being bit and yet I'm still bit again and again and again because my neighbor we share hallway leaves his bags and books and cardboard boxes and magazines just laying there and a landlord won't do a thing about it

Help me with fast way to try and rid of the bed bugs. With at least store bought items to use in a home due to budget cost.

No. Bed bugs don't make any sound before or during feeding.
