SMART project - supporting self management for COPD

A short film about the SMART COPD project.
The SMART consortium has developed novel technologies to help people self-manage their long term health conditions.
The film shows how researchers are working with patients, family members, clinicians and healthcare professionals to design a mobile based technology which will help people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) manage their condition better.
