Of 18,000 people who will be newly diagnosed in the UK this year with Crohn's or Colitis (inflammatory bowel disease or IBD), over 10,000 will be aged under 29 years of age.
Devastating symptom and very difficult to overcome
The problem of Crohn's is the blood. I treated it through the blood. I took herbs from us from Egypt. I bought it. It was called a cholesterol solvent and a liver fat solvent. I was cured of Crohn's. It simply means the colon is not the actual problem. The whole story is blood. recover....

I hope all of them are better, 7 years later...i suffer from extreme fatigue in the last few months because of my Crohn's, and my only wish when i wake up in the morning is to have a normal day, nothing more );

@@mohamed.abobaraa I will read more about it, thanks a lot!
@@ItaThe3rd You are welcome
I am on Stelara, and I notice for 2 weeks after injecting, I feel almost normal energy levels. I got up on my treadmill and was doing an hour walking uphill every day after my last injections. Day 15 though, all the fatigue came back! So disappointing. I give myself extra sleep, but it doesn't help. I eat red meat and take vitamin C to make sure I get the iron in the meat, but, no change in my energy levels. It's SO frustrating. My GI said to me in the past the exhaustion is just to due to inflammation in the body. I so hoped the drug Stelara would help more with that. The fatigue can feel totally lifestyle killing. It's annoying, limiting and relentless.

Try the carnivore diet it reduces inflamation and gut spasms and reaction greatly it helped me a lot however i feel like my chrons spreads to my stomach and esophagus which make digestion extremley taxing on my system but the lower part of my gut seen major improvment.
Such a lovely informative video
Diet, exercise and iron supplementation sure do improve fatigue to an extent. But the fatigue never really goes away. Furthermore, if I increase my exercise, or work, I'll hit the wall. So far, this is my experience. In my conclusion, we can control a bit of it as patients but IBD just punches us in the guts until we fall. Like Rocky, I'd love to stand up and go at it again. Unlike Rocky, who didn't have IBD, my recovery time takes a lot longer (if it ever will come..)
Same. The weird thing is that I didnt had this fatigue in my first 2 years of this disease. Does your fatigue also feels like CFS/ME? I'm not sure if my fatigue is related to my IBD or if I just have developed another disease.
@@goldmund5593 Hey, my IBD meds have probably started to work now (remicade) and I discovered that I actually had depression at that time and that in itself might have been indirectly caused from some childhood trauma (which I only discoreved from therapy only recently). So long story short, I've done some therapy and made life changes and I honestly don't feel as tired anymore.
So the end of this video " eat better and exercise, it'll help your fatigue" .... Ok thanks, great In theory
Uk doctor special gastralogist... Is rubbish...
After 10 years there is no report of the research on website just a useless number we doing bla bla.....
