This is the result of the 50 years of the neoliberal model that has been in place since 1974 in Chile, implemented by the civil-military government of Augusto Pinochet. To do this, he was advised by dozens of economists from Chilean universities who went to pursue their doctorates in economics at the University of Chicago, where their instructor was Milton Friedman. And these economists were the ones who advised the Pinochet government between 1974 and 1988 to implement structural changes in the Chilean economy gradually, until reaching the current situation, which certainly must mature further, until implementing the complete development of the country. The economic model that was implemented in Chile is similar to the economic model that operates in the United States, a capitalist and free market model. That is why there is a similarity in the economic, business and commercial points of view with the United States and Chile. Chile is the only country with this economic model in Latin America. Of course this would not have worked if Pinochet had not put an end to communist ideology and communist saboteurs in 1973. That is why communism is very bad for free and democratic countries because it hinders their free development.

He said they sell both Argentinian and Cillean wines; they are all different - but the Chilean best wines are not exported.

Ignorancia pura, lo que es no saber cómo vive la gente en otras partes. Sin agua, sin servicios básicos, sin electricidad y llenos de carencias, enfermedades y limitaciones.
