    The Ko brothers are awesome! Zen cues are a work pf art! Love these videos!
    I play with a Ko medium tip on.my 11.8 Revo and love it.

    • @ronsk8rr

      @Depressed_kc medium play a little firm on the Revo. The Ko tips are like a weird composite leather, not your typical layered leather tip. Breaks in great.

    This was one of the more interesting episodes. That jump bridge was dope. I've never seen anything like that. First one to 'jump' on making a USA version is going to get some good money.

    • @Krushard
      @Krushard 7 месяцев назад +1

      A bit awkward but both Karl and Ko said Taiwan at the end

    • @tablerunner147
      @tablerunner147 7 месяцев назад

      @@Krushard Yeah, there's nothing really awkward about saying Taiwan, the Ko brothers aren't from Taipei lol But play under the Chinese Taipei flag, which is the accepted flag in the context of the sporting world. It's not like Chinese refer to Taiwan in another name. It's just the flag they used to represent themselves is not accepted. I just like the energy between them at that point.
      I like these 'in the bag' videos, I hope they keep improving the production of them :)

    What diameter shaft does he use on playing cue?

    • @stevensofjan6232
      @stevensofjan6232 7 месяцев назад +5

      That is XPRO shaft by zen.
      There are 2 types of XPRO shaft.
      Xpro I and Xpro II
      I means very stiff and II means stiff
      The diameter between 12,5-12,6mm.
      Ko pin yin was said that his shaft is 12,5mm and he use the xpro II with medium KO Tip
      Meanwhile kpc use the xpro I with hard KO Tip

    • @frazierg0325

    I'll tell you what. I think I know more about his equipment than he does. Just goes to show, it's not about what he uses it's about the player and how it feels to him. Doesn't know the thickness of the shaft, no length, just plays. There's a beauty to it really..

    Those shiny inlays are abalone

    • @ScottsPoolSchool
      @ScottsPoolSchool 7 месяцев назад +3

      The gold looking inlays in the points (and smaller in the butt section) are brass. There are some abalone diamond shaped inlays in the butt, as well as silver, ivory, and various woods. The detailed inlays along with the scrimshaw work in the ivory, very beautiful cue.
      Big Ko has a much more expensive cue due to materials and real 24K gold inlays and rings on his, which is a $8000 - $9000 option by itself. Zen has beautiful designs, even on their "lower end" cues in the $5000 - $8000 range the designs, work, and attention to detail is incredible.
