I ordered on 6/28. It's now 7/22 and haven't received my licenses. I'd like to use a PGC shooting range, but I doubt the WCO would allow me to utilize the range with a paper receipt which shows that I purchased a license. I'm also sure there's some open seasons right now where people would want to utilize a license as well, say coyote. They said they would make this better.
The usual state cluster f*k. One stumbling block to another. Stupid website! It can be done after many trys, reentering info, going back... trying again, misleading links that go to irrelevant pages!

I made this mistake 2 years ago. It takes for ever to receive them! You will though.
I had to call them directly and got issued replacements then received them a week later.
