The alkaline water is amazing. I had respiratory reflux, asthma, coughing, chronic throat clearing , chronic sinus issues, food caught in throat, LPR and much more. I found this Doctor I’ve been dealing with this issue for about five months and I didn’t know what it was although my ear nose and throat doctor did allude to me having acid reflux, but I didn’t believe that did act on it but now I’m seeing he was right I’ve already stopped eating hours before bedtime and raising my head and the difference is amazing so I’m gonna start the detox on Monday to fix my problem I ordered the book off of Amazon to help me with that Journey., so thank you, Dr. Kau and I’m gonna continue to follow you and learn more and more about this disorder We call acid reflux. You check all my boxes and I was just blown away that I have acid reflux but was thrown into hi gear when I contracted Covid back in May, that’s when everything went crazy.
After 3 weeks, I can say that I am feeling a lot better. am The apple cider vinegar and zinc really helped, bhastrika breathing, biofeedback, gaviscon advance at night. Didn't go to any doctors, but I think what caused my LPR is gastritis, worry, overthinking. Nothing to do with diet.

This is very helpful! thank you for sharing so much information. The spray bottle and Cerra PH pitcher have been so helpful as well as the acid reducer diet. Could you address eosinophilic esophagitis in your next video. I know I have LPR but there is a lot of conflicting information about how to heal or reduce the eosinophilic levels in the esophagus and is it related to the LPR.
PPI's and the Famotidine made my throat worse. Both dried my throat out so bad. When I stopped them, the throat burning decreased by 40%. I did not take them at the same time. I tried a PPI first and it did not work, then I tried Famotidine. My silent reflux started after I ate some food that made me six. I has been a journey.
I say, Covid kicked it into high gear and didn’t completely cause it because I was already experiencing bout of waking up coughing that threw me into a wheezing fit where I couldn’t breathe and I just couldn’t put it all together, but thank God I found this doctor and I do have acid reflux and I’m on the mend now.
How long can you use gaviscon advance? I used it for 5 weeks straight but i got scared to go on with it as on the leaflet it says it shouldn't be used more than 7 days in a row. Can you talk a bit this? Thank you for all your work!

I do believe that my watery eyes are caused from silent reflux. I wake up with my ears on fire and those things are connected.
Ricola original contains mint. Is it still ok to use after each meal?
