thanks man! you are correct, its just a play on barre chords. only difference is open on the E strings. so first chord (low to high) 0-7-7-6-5-0. then slide down to, same formation for your G. and the last is a regular old E major. the chorus is regular barre. C#m, A, and F#. hope that helps, thanks for watching!!
Hey! I wrote the chords in a previous comment. If you would like any further explanation of the song just let me know what you need and I'll try to help
The slide down to the G. I dont get that. Sorry Im new to guitar Ive played piano for 10 years and bass for almost a year, but i just started playing guitar so its a little confusing at times
No problem! It is a g major formation without the root notes. So by fret numbers it would be (from high to low strings) 0 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 5 - 0. If you use your index for the B string, middle for the G string, pinky for D, and ring finger for A strings then your fingers never move from the same shape other than for the E major. You would remove the index finger for that. But you can slide up and down the fret board for the three verse chords without changing shape. I hope that made sense and helped!
i seen that guitar model a few days ago.....Lol do you still have yours......I thought it was one of a kind when I saw the designs.......it sounds as nice as it looks...
Cool!
