Fast of all i want to thank you for vital information. But i have a question sir.After getting work permit for 3 years firstly ki h1b visar jonno apply korbe company then green card.ei process a jabe?naki,workpermit er por direct company green card er jonno apply korbe after being satisfied.
Usually company apply for H1B first and then if they satisfied on you they can apply for green card. If company want and you can convince the company they can apply directly for green card. But you know it depend on your performance. Company will only apply directly when they think that they need you for the long run.

CPT or OPT? If you do CPT while you are a student for more than 1 year, you may find difficulties to get approved for your OPT.
