Anubhavji, I absolutely loved both the episodes of Matunga Walk. Also, you had a very knowledgeable host and guide in Ms. Dnyanada, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. Please do keep visiting new and interesting places and bring us such delightful culinary experiences! Cheers!!
Your Guide is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. While I love Madras Cafe, my favourite Sambhar ( taste-wise) remains Mani's. It however has issues around Seating constraints and Cleanliness. Great Vlog.
My college is in Matunga.... I still remember my college days and after watching your video, I remember all the famous food joints in Matunga... Thank you Sir for making this great video
It feels great Anubhav to see you visit Matunga finally. I am fond and have been visiting these for many years. It's a great feeling when your favourite food vlogger visits places you love.
Thanks to the young lady for showing the best places to eat in Matunga. I was born and brought up here, went to VJTI for my ME, where she took you are the beats we walk daily. The nicety is she knows what to order, otherwise you would not get a full picture
Was wonderful... Starting from local train... to finishing with 'neera'.. all was fab 👌... it was like a day out in Matunga itself... The elaichi chai can t b missed!
It's not Ganesh Nayak, his name is Nagesh Rama Nayak and his son who is currently managing the hotel is Naresh Nagesh Nayak. Nayak Sweets three shops awayl also belongs to them.
The kele ka bhajji is not the pazhyam pori (sweet plantain fritters) that is made in kerala…the kerala pazhyam pori is basically ripe and sweet plantain coated with all purpose flour (maida) with little rice flour and deep fried. That is not eaten with chutney or Sambar but is a tea accompaniment. What you have eaten (kele ka bhaji) is raw banana dipped in besan mix with spices n salt and deep fried. Curd rice is again not necessarily a summer dish but is eaten through the year in the south…Thoda nuance rakhiye…..food channel hai after all.
Anubhavji We too carry our empty tiffins to avoid food wastage and reduce use of packaging material whenever we make our videos. Again, beautiful vlog by you and this time the credit goes to your excellent host for both Matunga food vlogs 😍
Anubhavji, when do we see you tasting some Malvani seafood? I really love the fact that you don't ooh and aaah on every thing you taste, appreciate your honesty when you say "yeh hua XYZ jagah ka ek naya zayka" when you are not impressed or times when you clearly say "cheese mayonnaise zyada ho gaya" :D
Anubhav sir thanks for showing our mumbai Maharashtra show more variety of food our Maharashtra if possible our Maharashtra different city Pune Nashik Nagpur Aurangabad etc we like your channel
Kela means it does not belong only to Kerala. Kela bhajji is very famous in Tamil Nadu and in nearly every hook or corner wherever bhajji is made you will get it.
Abhinav, Very well presented. Also you got a wonderful host who was very informative. Though I have stayed in Mumbai for around 30 years in Shivaji Park till 1996, i have not known some good eating places which you all have covered. Many Thanks and God Bless. All the best. Some of the items are not available or hard to find in the south of India as well.
Hi Anubhav really happy you visited Matunga, i stay just parallel to Sharda Bhuvana, one of the restaurants you visited, and my go to place. You have missed lot of dishes, which are significant to each restaurants. Also i do understand it's difficult to cover them, but i enjoyed it because of you.

Anubhav bhai Badhiya video Amrut tulya means for Maharashtrian people chai is like amrut so this is amrut tulya. This phrase comes from Pune,we have these tea joints called amruttulya from very old time , almost 70 - 75 years in Pune.In Amruttulya, you will see very typical arrangements ( They are not seen in Yewale Amruttulya) when you come to Pune ,you will love to see this. By the way,in Pune many Brands have come up for tea joints and one more small correction,Yewale is surname of the founder of this brand Yewale Amruttulya and Yewale is a famous for Paithani saree ,small town in Nashik district, this place has no connection with the Amruttulya name. Just to add,so your video becomes correct 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Matunga was once Tamil Brahmins Den. No more. With exception of a handful people, most Tambrams have moved out. Restaurants generally cater to Gujaratis and Jains. Most Gujaratis eat there. So It is a Gujarati/ Jain Place Now. There is also a Huge Apartment Complex, vertically Touching Sky coming up, as usual called Mahavir, a Jain Name. So next time please say " Once upon a time Tamil Brahmins used to stay in Matunga". Now Gujarati Joint families stay here and they eat most of the time in Restaurants.
@@myvoice5466 Suburbs. Dombivli, Goregaon etc. They were forced to move as Gujarati Landlords opted for redevelopment and wanted new flats To be sold at premium to there Gujarathi, Jain Bretheen
Host is very knowledgeable and chirpy but you know the thing with Mumbai food is so much regional variety available that you will need Local + regional knowledge like rasam etc needs better explanation. But overall very enjoyable tour.
