There are many HOA's who do good for their respective communities.
The ones that get these stories need to go and/or get reorganized into some honestly useful.

After she got out on parole I'd bet the only reason she wanted a job there was to be on the inside to do some sabotage.
I will assume some hoa's are honest and a nice place to live.
But the risk of an uncaught criminal one day gaining control of the HOA and making everybody's life miserable is a risk not worth taking.

I actually agree with the Florida Law, not because i'm afraid of ACTUAL Transgenders, but because i'm afraid of straight men trying to lie about being TG to do messed up things like that boy in Virginia. Like I keep telling the TG community: If you gatekeep out the weirdos trying to use the plight of the TG to do messed up things, it'll make getting your rights easier.
Yeah, the gender law story... The bill was not controversial. It has a legitimate purpose. For those who say the law is a violation of rights, please remember there are a couple 14 and 15 year old girls in the state of Virginia who were assaulted and raped by a male teen "identifying" as a female. The school then engaged in a cover up which is what led to the second girl being raped since the culprit was not stopped or brought to justice.
I would love to the the OP of that story sit down with those girls and explain to them why they dont deserve protection under the law, or why other people's feelings mean they will just have to deal with it. I do agree that single unisex bathrooms are the best fix for the situation, but there are many in the lgbtqxyz123 mindset who vehemently oppose that. My only guess as to why being that not being allowed to invade the space of another individual and force their "feelings" onto those who disagree is somehow offensive to them.
To the OP, I understand your circumstances are unique, but rememberthat the rest of the world isnt here to cater to you. We dont make all houses with 10 foot tall doors because every now and then an Andre the Giant is born. I can sympathize with you, but that doesnt mean you take precedence over everyone else.
Thank-You!!! I couldn't have said it better myself. What I don't understand is if this guy has so called medical issues that made him androgynous then why does that make him suddenly "non-binary"? He knows he's a man, yet he's saying he doesn't fit into any category suddenly because...? There's no such thing as a non-binary person and these people have gotten completely out of control, they're the loudest and demand everyone go along with their delusions. You're either a man or a woman, that's it, a man has no idea what it "feels" like to be female & vice versa yet he can say just that and suddenly there he is, in a dress with his penis hanging out in a woman's bathroom and no one is ALLOWED to say a thing. If everyone stopped giving them all the attention they desire by making their "gender identity" the only thing about them they would hopefully knock it off and move on with their lives.
Second story: She was so calm because when she saw her fence burning she thought "Jackpot! This idiot will pay for my renovations." Seriously, for the story she sounded like she was about to burn the fence herself and put the blame on OP.

I support the Florida law, if I had a wife, girlfriend, or daughter, I would not want some guy claiming to be a woman, going in there with them, sex offenders have already abused the gender identity situation.

What I find interesting about the whole bathroom law, is those people on the side of being able to use which bathroom you choose, they only see it from their side and they see any argument against it as discrimination against them. But there is the other side, remember in Virginia a boy went into the women's bathroom at his high school claiming to be transgender and then he raped a girl. Then the school district transferred him to another school so that this wouldn't come out in the media, and he raped another girl in the girls bathroom. But somehow any mention of incidents like that is somehow discriminatory against transgenders non-binary blah blah blah
I consider that weaponize incompetence by our government😮

Amen on the biological gender laws. The sad issue of the societal struggles is: children are encouraged to believe they can be anything they WANT to be, instead of accepting scientific fact. Gender IS a biological fact, and, should not be confused with Psycho-sexual identity (a science all on its own)!
I have never cared for auctions, I would rather let sellers compete for my business than compete with other buyers to purchase anything, I don't care what it is. Restroom story it wouldn't just be a violation of OSHA due to lack of restroom access it would be a violation of Fire and Safety regulation as how do you get out in the event of an emergency

I'm uncertain what to think about the "non-binary" person, and the rigidity of the Florida law. Use the birth designation then if harassed, use the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to sue. Moneymaker.

I feel that the bathroom story in Florida really only pertains to public restrooms. Restrooms for employees only are technically private property, and the law jas no jurisdiction over private property. This was solely a choice by management and could be considered discrimination.
