I really appreciate that. If I can do what I am doing right now as someone that had big time social anxiety and hated being on camera, anyone can do it! Just have to put in the work and put yourself in uncomfortable situations.
Kendrick Bourne has had a really long career, and made a crap-ton of money, as an undrafted free agent. He can dance as much as he wants to. Great culture comes from the players you bring into the locker room, it comes from who you draft and who you bring in as a free agent. It also comes from who you reward and who you don't.
I think there's a lot to be admired in 49ers culture. But I'm not sure about all of it. What about accountability? After the 2020 Super Bowl didn't Shanahan kind of throw Jimmy and others under the bus, and didn't Jimmy kind of throw Kyle under the bus. Also I don't remember which one it was but there was some press conference that Jimmy threw his team under the bus? But you didn't see that with Brock right?
@@Atom-yb5dy Purdy was forced on Kyle - Lance and Garoppolo were injured. Then the locker room was totally behind Purdy, and Kyle couldn't do anything about it.
@@ryanjones875 100 percent brock literally fell into his lap and he fell in love with him in that first training camp and went to York and was like hey real talk our number 3 is our best guy so we he plays eventually you will all see it to. This is a well know fact now and York has told the media this and there are videos all of RUclips to verify it

jimmy was never kyle's guy. Jimmy was forced on him by lynch and they just kind of made it work as best they could and until it didn't anymore
