참깨 순지르는(적심) 시기와 방법과 수확 적기.The timing and method of sesame Seedling and the right time to harvest.

참깨 수확 시기가 다가 오면서 크고 알찬 참깨 열매 수확을 위한 순지르기(적심)하는 시기가 다가 왔다.
일반적으로 순지르기는 수확 약 20일전에 시행한다.
5월 중하순에 씨앗을 파종 했으면 8월 초에 시행하고 6월이 파종 했으면 8월20일 전후해서 시행하면 된다.
참깨 종류에 따라 순지르기는 꼭 해 주어야 하는데 외대 참깨는 해주고 다분지 참깨는 해주지 않아도 된다.
손으로 잘라 주거나 가위 같은 것으로 잘라 주어도 된다
비가 오거나 비 예보가 있을 때 하면 잘라진 면으로 병원균이 감염되어 참깨가 병충해가 발생할 수 있어 이런 날은 피해 작업 할 것을 권장한다.
참깨 수확 시기는 농가 마다 여러가지 기준으로 결정하는데 텃밭 재배인 맨 아래 열매가 전체적으로 1~2개 벌어 졌을 때 수확하면 큰 피해가 없이 무난하다고 할 수 있다.
