Last Minute CARP FISHING TRIP!
For this latest episode we head to Broome Pits in Suffolk. Originally we were meant to be fishing the River Trent for Barbel, but with the river low and clear we opted for a last minute change of plan. Completely unprepared we grabbed a few ready made bits of tackle from the local tackle shop and headed to the lake to see if we could catch a few of its resident Carp.

Great video again. As for eating, being from Scotland, 6 cans of Carlsberg special, a Scotch egg, and a wee dram. Mind on to turn the bait alarm up loud, before dropping off, and pin a note up in the bivvy to remind you that you're fishing for when you wake up. It saves you waiting till you're conscious. Love your videos. By the way, just kidding, don't bother with the Scotch egg.

Great video, my fave swim on the lake that is in the summer and that bush always does plenty of fish. Tend to fish in the open water about 10 yards to the right of that bush, intercept the fish coming out the channel, 👌

Great session there just had a 48hr session with my eldest son and had a blank but cooked our selves instead of takeaway we had a small bbq and second night a stir fry
You couldn’t write it, I’ve fished this lake maybe 5-6 times and from that swim on a couple of occasions. Nothing so far… hahaha 😂
