Fish rezala | Popular fish recipe

Fish rezala is very popular fish recipe. It goes well with pulao, fried rice or plain basmati rice.
Ingredients:
Katla fish pieces 4
For marination:
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
For tempering:
Green cardamom 2 to 3
Cloves 2 to 3
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
Caraway seeds or shahi jeera 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf 1
Whole red chilli 2
Onion ( boiled ) 2 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Poppy seed 1 tbsp
Cashew nut 8
Yogurt 1/2cup whisked with 1/2 tsp whole wheat flour or atta
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 n 1/2 tsp or to taste
Green chillies 2
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Kewra water 1/2 tbsp
