F150 Manual Window Regulator Replacement

For anyone watching this is the wrong regulator for the truck. The reason it is shorter is because that regulator is for an extended cab truck. The regular cab regulator goes to the top hole.

Cable anchors came loose window was still glued to track but I can’t roll it up or down
