accident was october 2019. update: currently september 28th 2021 still going through our appeal process. my lawyer a typical appeal process regarding auto accidents take average 8 months - 2 years in georgia due to them not being serious. like it isn't a murder case or anything super important, so they are normally on the back burner for judges. i owe $437,000 in medical debt and took 16 months to heal major injuries. accident occured october 12th 2019. i am currently undergoing more treatment. i shall NEVER GIVE UP!!!! i claimed uninsured motors and recently got $50,000 from my insurance company. i am using that to finish my bachelor's degree.

(there are many many many factors how we got that number excluding injury costs of 650k) we're currently waiting on response from the other side. covid 19 is slowing things down dramatically. I'm honestly wanting 3million min. hoping it works out. my entire life is ruined due to this accident. i had to change my career pathway and everything.
My attorney wants to take my deposition and my contractors deposition I would think the defense attorney would have to be the one who has to take my deposition?
One family member on my wife side said that he has not been able to enjoy sex with his wife, which he told me that they hardly ever have sex anyway, They awarded him $10,000 on that
