I met Allen several years back at an outside concert in Lansing, MI. I had my then 5 year daughter with me. It was cold that time of year, and she was cranky! Allen played great, and was a really big sweetheart to my daughter after the concert at the autograph table, despite her crankiness. Super nice dude!

I saw you play at 1996 at Sam Ash music in south Florida when I was just starting out playing in middle school and you were warming up in the tent and I thought it was the coolest thing i've ever seen. I will never forget that moment. Thank you working so hard and for being so inspirational!
My amazing trumpet teacher once said when I told him I was going to see Allen Vizzutti live: "He's not HUMAN!!" Allen is not the most famous, by far, but he has done so many things that others had never done on the trumpet. Arturo nailed it on that point.

This was a great concert in Bremen. I heard you booth. I think i was 20 years old and I traveled from Austria to Bremen. There was also David Hickman and other great Trumpetplayer. This Trompetentage was a Game Changer for me.
