David, I love the questions. These are great. Question: Why are your questions not multiple choice, select all like the test will be?

I agree.. there should be variety in the question types

For 68 - does "clear" result mean "desired" result usually? Also wouldn't a "wide" range have lower precision? Like if your target was 50 and your results were 0,100,95,5 vs. 31,32,31,33 wouldn't the second one be the high precision/low accuracy one with a smaller range?

Good question. The only place I can see it in PMBOK 6 is page 238, "Cost Management Plan". It gives a pretty good explanation, but a slightly different scenario. Accuracy being the acceptable range (i.e +/- 10%) and precision being how much we round up or down.

Awesome @David! Is it possible to make some tutorials on CPI, SPI and other Project Management key Metrics for PMP Exams? Thanks

I have videos for these on RUclips and in my Udemy course. The course ones are nicer, but the RUclips ones are here:

@@davidmclachlanproject Thanks a million. Is possible to create an Excel Modeling Tool for all of them (CPI, SPI, EVM, EVA, EMV, etc?)

For question 66 have a doubt, i think the answer should be (a) because the exit criteria is also the part of project charter (pg 81 of pmbok 6).
    Thanks

Fair comment! I will reword this slightly for my course. The Project Charter on pg 81 contains exit criteria and success criteria - these things are more about when to cancel (or continue) a project (i.e. have we met the benefits? or is the cost to continue too great?), not necessarily the steps we need to take to finalise a project once we've delivered it. Those steps are in the Close Project or Phase process.
