Onething I must say those pan players they all could dance while playing which makes the tune enjoyable to listen too while watching the players enjoy themselves .

There's no one smoother than Leon Smooth Edwards....they better have a few apprentices shadow this man design's on pan music arrangement you know because the day he leaves this earth.... that would be a HUGE minus for steelpan music.... it wont be the same. He is a Trini phenomenon, he is mesmerizing and he is a genius.
Full respect but I picked up on about four parts of this composition that sounds like last two years.- I personally experienced a bit of the same listening to some medium bands, as well. I guess that’s what having a “style” of arranging includes. But it can feel disappointing....
Mr sanford could you explained the four parts that you heard from last two year becaused to me almost every band.have some parts from years back. Not coming back at you but i really love people to explain yourself and write me back the parts of which tunes from the pass two years i alway love to understand these things.
Shirley Willis I understand. Cannot stop to do it right now. But, would have to think how to demonstrate over this medium. Anyways, I did say that I heard likenesses in other bands/categories as well.
@@aishasanford1202 for sure, but their "signatures" were toned way down and integrated within the arrangement more seamlessly. In the past, the repetitive bits got monotonous. They became more "showy" for showy sake, and got into a rut musically (even in their last two wins,) in my humble opinion. I am not hating on All Stars; I always look forward to what they bring to the art each Panorama. Bless. : )
People who alway have something to say about this band i will say to you all get intouch with the arranger and let him know how you feel. Becaused all stars is a band win loose or draw. They dont care they love to play for the people to dance and have fun that's what carnival is all about
Tell me how this is the only band did not improved in. the semles bands that they beaten in the prelims. They improved but not allstars. No one had any bad comments on this band not even the three bias ones who was commentating had notting to say.The bias Vanessa could not of say anything about allstars. but what could of come out her 👄 was allstars win. But i knew she said that out of her ass becaused when they call the results in all my life iam listerning and watching panorama i have witness how it is a joy by those three bias people who was commentating to see allstars failed by comming 6th those three were actually celibrating allstars lost. As i say trinidad allstars will always be a joyful band to play yourself come monday and tuesday on the streets Peace out.😀
A true supporter will know how the judges are.as I said All stars is.a.big.big band always take there loses in any style and fashion Becaused they know they are winners.on the road for the parade i dont know how a Bra and panty could.beat a band that is playing traditional mass.and alway have a history behind it. The judges came out of garbage bags.2017 a big. Band leader like McFarlane played with All stars.who know why people becaused it is traditional mass this man know why he dont even want to be bother.
