I’ve been watching every since Joseph was running the dozer and dump truck watched every video for over 2 years and y’all guys have came along way proud of yall fellas
Man you guys sure are blessed to have Jordan there. That kid is a hard worker and really seems to be able to do everything. Good luck at the National 100 I'll be watching from Cleveland Ohio.
I would honestly love to see Joseph drop down to crates and run the crate series for 1 year. He's REALLY good in the crates, struggles in the super. Needs more consistent seat time instead of swapping from cate to super and back. There's great money in crate racing that can help build the bank for the super run in 2 years.
I have oftern heard it said that it is better to be lucky than good, but in your case you were both lucky and very good. I had resigned myself with being happy that you finished 3rd in such a big time race. Then Joseph got up on the wheel and Kyle Bronson discounted you guys and left the door wide open. I almost peed my pants when I saw Joseph come out of turn 2 with the lead!!!! He is like an old horse when he sees the barn and just bolts for it!!! I love watching these HTF videos!!!!!!! I'll continue to watch them as fast as you can post them!!! Best Wishes!!!
Man I've been watching you guys for a while now, and man it feels good to watch Joseph get an awesome win like that!! After getting driven into the wall and lose some spots and then race back to the front... awesome!! that restart with 7 to go ended up being pretty clutch. I think yall had em caution or not possibly but wow what an awesome one fellas!! Way to go HTF!! Joseph you're the man!! Congrats fellas
Joseph, the win was just meant to be, it sounds like you all tried not to win, but just couldn’t manage. Congratulations to the entire HTF Crew. I’m glad Jordan’s Dad was there visiting.
A tip, once you figure out the spacer washer thickness, the make a solid one that thickness. On my front end upper that what I do, it just makes life easier when your replacing stuff.
Dang! Jay turned that engine around quick! I’m REALLY curious to see how y’all do with a Longhorn. Might take a few races to get it figured out. Every car has something that it likes, just gotta find it. Good luck guys💪🏻🏁
Greetings from Ireland to you all. I really really love watching your videos and following you guys racing. Jordan is definitely a seriously good young man and definitely has a bright future in motorsport mechanics. Keep up the great work and bless you all. Sending you guys all the best from your number 1 fan in Ireland.
You guys (and gals) are the epitome of American short track racing...asphalt or dirt. Your content is great and shows the true ups and downs and family life that goes into it. Being faith-based is the cherry on top. Dirt Daddy started a legacy for sure. Keep up the great work and I wish you continued success in all you do. God bless!
The last time I saw a motor tore apart like that, other than on your channel, was when we got protested at Penton. And there was a big race at EAMS the next night. But between after I left the track with my Daddy and went back to his house where they were keeping the car, it was back together and we got rained out to top it off, at EAMS, where they were having a big race. I'd say that tire was one or laps away from disaster.
Can't wait to hear the motor crank up after getting it rebuilt and Jesse's going to go win in the 604 division and Joseph is going to win in the super late models y'all going to get double wins this weekend good luck can't wait to watch the videos
More likely that it ran over the muffler and flipped the muffler up into the tire were they showed the cut. How ever it happened, luck and faith got them the first car to the checkers and that's great. Old faithful came thru again .🇺🇲🏁☝️
Hello HTF had to watch that race again wow that was exciting glad everything held together again Joseph great job of driving now I hope Jesse’s turn comes soon maybe this weekend also hats off to Jonathan for the fine camera work and Jorden who is a hellava good addition and the rest of the HTF team great effort by all best of luck this weekend see you again in victory lane elbows up
I like y'all's point of view on tech.. it does suck to pull the motor and send it off.. but like y'all said, they are doing their job. Keeps everyone right! Congratulations on the big W!
Try letting Joseph Hotlap the number 1 car at the next race. Getting a different driver will tell him if the car needs adjustment or the driver needs to change his line.
I agree. Not to put Jesse down in any way; let Joseph put the car thru some hot laps to feel what it needs. Joseph needs to be timed against Jesse to see if that car is just weaker than expected. Want Jesse to see what Joseph can do with that car so he can focus and believe that car can get it done. I believe Jesse can get it done.
An easy way to do those fittings is put a cup of water in a microwave for a couple of minutes, dunk the line in the boiling water then push the fitting in. I used to weld tabs on the muffler and headers using a bolt on one side and spring “a drum brake spring or like that on the other” the bolt will keep it together while the spring absorbs the vibration put less stress on the weld.
If you guys have questions about that longhorn or need anything give wells motorsports a call they can hook you up on any info or parts ,great people to work with
I'm from South dakota but I got family that race supers and a mods in Iowa but I also got family in Milton, Brewton and pensacola!! It would be awesome to catch up with you guys sometime I'm down there visiting and checkout your program and pick your brain a bit on getting started and some pointers on setup!!!!
So...... we all known ya gota have some luck, but ya know what I don't see is you guys having issues from not dotting your I's and crossing your T's. Jordon always looks focused. It's soo easy to miss or forget somthing. ALL YOU GUYS DO GREAT WORK! IT SHOWS GOOD LUCK
You guys need to pick up one of those Chain V-Grips by Vise Grip for those larger filters or any pipe applications, good for emergency situations where a pipe or anything round breaks, it can save the day, I own 2 of them because I had one at work and one at home but now I'm retired .but you can hook them together for fabricating something round. Good luck this weekend. 🏁🇺🇸ML33MI
Don’t know if you have ever tried it but a good ole leather belt usually works in a pinch. I know I’ve ripped mine off under the car so I didn’t have to grab a screwdriver 😂
Awesome video as always!! Congratulations Joseph and the whole HTF family team!!🏁🏆🏁 I love how much y'all love and respect each other and y'all's humor is HYSTERICALLY FUNNY 😁 JoJo you had GOD and A Guardian Angel racing with you for that $27,000 WIN🏁🏆🏁!!!🙏😇🙏 All the things that happened that y'all found after the fact ,GOD IS REAL 🙏 GOD IS ALIVE AND STILL ON THE THRONE AND STILL ANSWERING PRAYERS AND PERFORMING MIRACLES 🙏🙏🙏 ANY one of the things y'all found could have ended y'all's night but y'all wound up in VICTORY LANE 🏁🏆🏁 PRAISE GOD FOR MIRACLES 🙏🙏🙏🙏 FOR looking at that tire, it's a Miracle that it didn't blow, it's a Miracle that it's still holding air!!! Not counting all the other "almost disasters "y'all found!! 🙏🙏 I'm looking forward for the next video!!! LOVE YOU ALL AT HTF💞🤗💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Deadly boys!! Hell of a drive Joseph! At very least jesse is part of the winning team.. Could be worse 😂. It’s amazing to think.. But not everyone get a trophy in 2022.. Thank god for motor sports.. 🏆🏆🥇
May I suggest adding a good A-frame hoist to the shop, with an electric winch. Both will make engine swaps so much easier rather than fighting a cherry picker.
Congrats again HTF Team.. the guys that came 2nd & 3rd must have been SHATTERED.. They also drove the wheels off their cars & tried REAL hard to win. All the Tech guys must have felt bad for them too or they wouldn't have booked overtime on trying so hard to find ANYTHING out of spec on Ole' Faithfull... True to form, there was nothing to be found on an honest winning car. Happy for you all to get a well earned moral boost after all your efforts that didn't bear the expected fruit with the new car this year. Hope you can get the Longhorn to take to a slick track like Faithfull takes to a medium track, you will have most bases covered for 2023 then... again, GOODONYA's. love from sunny Queensland Australia.
How bout a breakdown on the 2 chassis, capital versus the longhorn, what are ya'll seeing the differences in the two? Can't wait to see ole JOSEPH rippin the longhorn, good luck HTF CREW!
Fellas fellas, stop whacking a stuck filter like that. Here's what ya use. Grab yourself about 3 feet of an old rubber coated lamp cord. Wrap that sucker around the filter twice with one end in each hand, and pull. Works every time in the hardest to reach places or the tightest filter. Trust me boys.
I’ve been watching every since Joseph was running the dozer and dump truck watched every video for over 2 years and y’all guys have came along way proud of yall fellas

I wished they would do a special with Jordan so the viewers would know more about him!! HTF has a wonderful family!!
Read that back spoiler , it says it all !! The Lord knew it was your time to shine , give all the glory to God !! Great job on you guys also .
Those 2 words on the rear spoiler is what got you to the win for sure.
That is cool to see Jordan's Dad come down and lend a hand while visiting. Really shows how much of a part he is to the Race Team. Freaking Awesome
Brad is a nice addition to the HTF gang.

Hammer down another win coming soon to a track near you.
Thanks for being some of the greatest things to look forward too anymore on RUclips !
Wow! that was a Blessing that Joseph was able to finish and win the race , a few more laps and things could have turned bad.

Dickens motor in the Longhorn is a huge step up for the HTF crew. hopefully it's a tiny learning curve to get all that power to the track!
So very happy for all you guys, lotsa hard work paid off again. Good luck with the longhorn this weekend, have fun.

Can't get enough of the content guys much appreciated can't wait to hear that fresh sp roar
Love the shop video congrats on the big win super excited in what the longhorn going to do
Probably bent the trailing arm off one of those 7 or 8 wall taps in Turn 2.

Pretty cool to see both header bolt patterns on that super engine!!
I remember cutting my knuckles on those radiators putting the fan on, lol
Soak the end of the hose in a cup of hot water. Fitting will slide right in. 🤘

That bent trailing arm could be from the wall. About half way through I saw some sparks when he drove real high in 2 and tapped the wall

At the 22:42 mark that looks like it might be your exhaust that you can see fly in the air. Great run way to wheel the car.
Koul Tools makes a nice tool for doing push lock fittings and others
May I suggest adding a good A-frame hoist to the shop, with an electric winch. Both will make engine swaps so much easier rather than fighting a cherry picker.
p.s. i like you guys put your compression fittings in boiling water then install fitting its better on the hose.
Did you see the arms on Jordan's dad? You don't need the engine lift. He could put the engine in with his bare hands.
I’ve always used hot water to warm up my hoses. As hot as I can get.
