We love the Golden Nugget. We usually split our trips to Vegas now - half at Golden Nugget and half on the strip. Great restaurants, nice rooms and suites, two Starbucks, several bars and lounges, wonderful spa and salon, the best pool area, and easy access to everything on Fremont Street. What's not to love?
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It helped me decide on where to stay. This is my kind of hotel. Nostalgia, gambling, food, pool, everything!! ❤
We just stayed there Tuesday - Thursday and had the best time! We are working on a couple of videos from our stay as we speak, what a coincidence! Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate you!
WOW THIS IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I WOULD STAY THERE. YOUR DOGGIE IS SO ADORABLE. THANKS FOR SHARING THIS EXCITING TO WATCH VIDEO. KEEP UP THE INCREDIBLE WORK 😁👏🏽👏🏽😍
Thank you so much Tracey! We are going back soon to stay a different suite and will post that experience as well. Thanks again for watching and supporting our channel, we appreciate you!
The GN is great. My only complaint about it is it is a very popular and frequented spot downtown and it can get a little bit cramped at times in the casino and at the pool especially.
Totally agree, that was our only real "con", but I get why it gets so busy, its fun! lol. Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback Derek, we appreciate you! Aloha, Sebastian
hi. glad to see parking is available since i'll have a rental. but i hear that the area isn't safe. is that true? i'm a new yorker so what is not safe to some folks might be normal to me. lol
Good question! hard to compare because they're all different. Like Steve said, Circa is new and modern, but caters to a younger sports crowd. Fremont is like The Cal part two, lol! The remodel is really nice, but still no pool for the summer months. Golden Nugget is classic Vegas with a modern feel. I like the restaurant options and the pool! Of all three I would pick GN.
Hi, nice video. But if someone is planning a stay at the GN, you may talk about the the different towers. Gold-, Rush-, and Carson. Which one is the best ? And, very important, where to stay to avoid the very noisy sounds from Fremont Street ? I can tell, in the Carson Tower you'll hear nothing about the party at Fremont.
Very good video. You mentioned several related videos you did. It would be good to include direct links to those videos, and you will get more traffic to those if you do
Good idea! Here's is the Playlist that contains our other Golden Nugget videos: ruclips.net/p/PLprbS3T_Kd4645hnTrPdoX5jnfjBhnQQA Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate you!
Love this question! The best VALUE on Las Vegas BLVD is at South Point. You will have to take a ride share or taxi, but totally worth it! southpointcasino.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/1/2015/01/Garden-Buffet-Prices-2-23.pdf
We do a lot of work with G.N. so when we film they have an escort with us so that nobody bothers us. Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate you!
Lots of slot players film in Vegas...NGslot, Brian Christopher slot..ect..They are all on youtube..NG usually films at Cosmo and wynn, brian at the Plaza and Park MGM, because he is a major anti smoker, he's kind of an ass about it
LOL, Thats the thing about Vegas, something for everyone. We are funny, sometimes we like the strip and sometimes we prefer downtown - best of both worlds! Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate you! Aloha, Sebastian
I mean, I am always willing to give it a try again but my last trip has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Checked me into a dirty/occupied room twice in a row and had to stand in line for 30 mins after each one. When I get better offers at other properties, it will probably be quite awhile until I return.

So happy that this video helped! We really do enjoy the Golden Nugget! Everything that you mentioned is why we stay. Hope you have a wonderful time!
@@NinthIslandConnection thank you!!❤️
Definitely an old classic Vegas feel
The scenery and lights in Las Vegas make every dollar you spend worth it❤️
Thank you so much for showing me the pros, and cons on the Golden Nugget. I want to go next year, and want to stay there. Thank you again great job

We are torn between one night at the nugget or 4 queens , el cortez for our trip. Doing 1 night at fremont then off to the strip.

none of Vegas is so called "safe"...
GN "Valet" is ALWAYS the way to go. Ten steps to the front desk....
Thanks for watching and the great tip!
@@NinthIslandConnection Ten steps and $20.00 even if you're a hotel guest. Total BS.
@@TheJayhawker83 I will say last time I visited GN-Las Vegas was 2011. Dont stay there anymore because of all the nonsense and noise on FSE.
@@steveludwig4200 Nor do I. The valet charging hotel guests was the last straw for me.
Nice video guys! So if you compare Circa, Golden Nug, and now the newly renovated Freemont how would you rank them. Lol
GN is "old school" gold standard for downtown hotels. If you want the newest greatest thing, Circa. Otherwise GN.

Rush Tower 👍 Golden Nugget imo is the busiest casino downtown.
@@aces7515 Rush Tower has the most NOISY rooms because of fronting FSE.
@@steveludwig4200 It wasn’t noisy at all, we really enjoyed it. Maybe it was the location 🤷🏻♀️
@Aces, @Steve Ludwig It depends on which side the room is located. Rush Tower south side is ok. but north side is the worst !

Stayed at Golden Nugget a few times. Nothing really wrong with it, but I really don't like downtown. So, I won't be back.
