Dr Willen, Courtney is a very nice 👍 guy, the room lights up with his presence and laughter 😂. That’s great before and after that he can almost touch his toes after your amazing work. The occipital lift was perfect 👌, the Y-Strap made him feel so good that he was taking his time and enjoying it, he’d drift into sleep 😴 right at that table if he wouldn’t open his eyes 👀. The CFR was a great add on to the whole package and Dr Doug, you were awesome 👏 in every aspect of it. To me no one is better than Dr Doug and everyone should at least try once your magic hands, you won’t be disappointed but relieved. Have a nice weekend doc, we love ❤️ you

Is the Y strap okay for herniated disc's?
The Y-strap is a decompression technique which is used for herniated disc too, but it‘s difficult for me to say anything constructive or giving any advices without seeing the patient with his issues in person.
pro tip here: a good chiro is key, having a deep tissue-massage- body work person to alternate is absolutely necessary.

Okay, Doc... so, it's 22 cm. I have a metal tape measure handy on my coffee table. I usually have to remeasure your indication. Just to make sure, we are on the same page measurementswise... you know, the conversion of inches to metric is a bit tricky 📏🔨
