I made the chicken and salsa for this recipe last night. Delicious! I think next time I make it I will use 1tbsp . of chili powder instead of two; because it was a bit too strong in taste. Other than that, great recipe that my family likes!
I feel like this would also be good if you braised pork butt with that spice mix and then shredded it and put it in the bowl. Actually my mouth is watering thinking about that.

I fell in love with jerk chicken when I first visited Jamaica in 1994. Jerk seasoning is also delicious on pork tenderloin, yum!
I used the jerk seasoung rub for a salmon meal and it was really good! Also, the pineapple mango salsa is really good!
