FH5 is 144GB. Before you say that's a lot, you have to take into consideration all the clothes and fancy skirts and shoes and glasses and socks and hats and girly outfits that take huge space and absolutely need to be in a racing game like FH5. Does this mobile turned PC game have any clothes? Does it have like even one or two girly outfits? Yeah didn't think so..

Both games aren't even in the same category. Forza is a festival game, its suppose to be kind of wacky and with a lot of fantasy. CarX Street is more like an 'homage' to the old NFS Underground or Juiced series. Is more about the underground car culture, with the customization, the HUGE wings and stuff. I think forza will always be leagues above in terms of graphics and optimization and handling physics and car collection compared to other open world racing games. It needs a good map. Better radio stations, better traffic, some QOL improvements and miscellaneous stuff like 360 steering and the ability to toggle headlights etc..

The appeal isn't so much the details you point out. (who cares about driving in the ocean?) The appeal is in the game play. I gave up on the circus atmosphere and the hard-to-understand progression of Forza. Same with The Crew Motorfest. Only played X a couple times. But it seems much more what I could get into. Buy your own House and progress up the ladder of building your own fleet of modified vehicles. It's like the modern version of Test Drive Unlimited. For only 20 dollars.
The thing with Forza is, sure it is better in terms of letting you go through terrains and have effects and physics for those but really who tf put there low street cars off road? You'd get stuck a few meters in. So it may look better but CarX is more realistic as in putting you straight back on the road where you belong.😂
