That simbol represents tremolo picking. One bar means 8th notes, double bar means 16th notes and three bars means 32th notes which I have never used. Basically you play the same note or chord during the whole bar until the next change
would anyone know what the diagonal line under the 7 (on the lead guitar's tabs) at around 0:55 means? sorry, i'm not that good at understanding the symbols for tablature.. thanks, and nice cover!
It represents the last note or chord that appeared. In that moment is the D chord (57777) so every diagonal is the same chord with the respecti value (whole note, halfe note, quarter note ...) until the next note or chord change

1. You must mute the 6th string and the 1st string you can let it ring pressing on the 10th fret . I wrote those chord shapes but you can play them using almost all the string starting from the root to the last string 2. Both work. Playing power chords or also known as 5 chords (F#m5, E5) work for a rhythm guitar but you miss the "flavor" of 7th chords which are very very common in japanese music.

How do you make your guitar sound like that? I own an orange crush mini but im unable to tune it to get it to sound like that . Is there any pedal that you could recommend for me to use with the amplifier?
I use Neural DSP. For this cover I use Archetype Plini For what I can tell, Bocchi uses a Boss Blues Driver. Try with a similar pedal like that, also a compressor and play in a dirty channel of your amp or use a bit gain in addition to the pedal Thanks for watching my cover, lqie!

That's right :) I should had used a red t-shirt to represent Kita Bocchi plays a Gibson (humbuckers) so I use my PRS (which is conveniently black too hehe ) And Kita, I think she plays a Gibson or Epiphone with P90 pick ups, so I use my start which is the closest tone I can get

Small x is a muted note and the big X is a muted chord
Palm mute will appear as P.M. over the tabs. For example at 00:25
so you still have fret the note but not pressed it? just place the finger on string?
