I have the P 426. Its a beast of a monopod, and It comes with feet. It is a brilliant piece of kit. If you cant use a tripod for any reason, crowds etc, this is a fantastic alternative. Iove mine to bits. I can leave it with a camera attached, but keep it close at hand, just in case. In this situation, I set the camera to self timer, so everything is perfectly stable. Thoroughly recommended.

Would you recommend this to have sturdy legs to rest a gimbal on? I got the extended legs from Dji but I don't always use it and it's not that sturdy.

No. The tripod base is very solid.
