Thanks buddy!!! I pulled out a strand of wire out of my wire brush, it worked perfectly.. I had the exact symptoms you described.. I picked up a Honda XR80 for dirt cheap, it would just bog like crazy ran like crap!!! Now it runs like a dream... Thank you for the info...
Thank you for confirming there is a hole in this jet! I was doubting there was a hole through it!.my wire brush did not go through, I was looking for a baggie tie myself! Like you read my mind! It is a keihin carb from a honda ct70 trail.
I have an 2008 Yamaha raptor 250 and I left it in the rain and when I came back for it the air intake was flooded with water and now it doesn’t start but you can hear it trying to could it be that the carb is flooded and doesn’t allow it to start
It can't hurt to clean But it's totally unnecessary It will not clean the hole you need to clean It's nice to have a clean carb But that is definitely only half the battle You have got to clean out that one jet That one hole It is so hard to do But it can be done And once you're done cleaning out and reaming out that hole A quick clean of the rest of the carburetor And putting it back in it will be brand new
Yes they're perfect and they're all on display too so you can line up yours with those making sure every single thing lines up perfectly every once in awhile I found that I have to take a portion off of one that came with my bike and put it on the one that comes from eBay different size levers and such All carburetor companies use the same product for mini bikes they just have different size levers

Next time pull a wire out of your wire brush with a pair of pliers. Works perfect!
Can you use ultrasonic device is it more effective
It can't hurt to clean
But it's totally unnecessary
It will not clean the hole you need to clean

A quick clean of the rest of the carburetor
And putting it back in
it will be brand new
Whst would it cost if customer sent you a carburetor to get cleaned and rebuild and customer sent carb kit
Those carburetors are available on eBay for 25 bucks
brand new
Are they just as good as an OEM factory grizzly 660 carb
Yes they're perfect and they're all on display too so you can line up yours with those

i watch another youtube video he said use a needle im guessing a tiny sewing needle ?
if you find a needle small enough
that will be great
