You are a very good ambassador for Nightwish, bringing all these music experts from outside of the Nightwish bubble. And they all love it because experts recognise quality. His face during the video told us enough 😀

If you discover Nightwish on Friday you will by Monday morning have learned the names of all band members, past and present. You will also have recharged your headphones several times since you realized that it's a headphone-band. By that time you will probably have heard The Poet and the Pendulum and understood nothing and begun your homework. When you are done with your homework and have "decoded" the song, that tells the whole story but nothing is said out loud, and can read between the lines you are ready for graduation from The Nightwish Academy. Tuomas never makes it easy for us, not in Nightwish and nor in Auri.

That said, what a pity you kept asking questions about other bands, songs and memories, while this man clearly was ready to say a whole lot more about what he just watched and said he became an instant fan of.

Welcome to the Nightwish universe! Wacken 2013 was, for multiple reasons one of the best but also one of the craziest shows Nightwish did in their career. First of all, they performed in front of whopping 80.000 fans which is insane, not jus for a Metal band. But at this time in 2013 Floor was just about 9 months in the band, she had her debut with Nightwish on 10/1/2012 so she was basically new to the band, she joined the band during their world tour which was crazy! This shows her level of professionality!
There's so much more about this great band to discover and, of course, so much more great music! Please check out "Thr Greatest Show on Earth" or "The Poet and The Pendulum" these are the most requested reactions but for a good reason, these 2 songs are even more epic than this one.

Great reaction! Really enjoying these. I’m not certain if this has been mentioned before, but one of Nightwish’s devoted fans had mentioned in another video comment that Nightwish co-founder, songwriter/composer and keyboardist, Thomas Holopainen, had the “organ pipes” decor at front of keyboard made as a wine rack. Supposedly, he had it fashioned to resemble The
Sibelius Monument in Helsinki, a sculpture dedicated to Finnish composer Jean Sibelius. I have not been able to locate information confirming this, but it gave me reason to consider! To me, it resembles something from Game Of Thrones. Also, when Floor sings the movements, “My fall will be for you” at beginning and towards the end again,…the way she holds out the phrases while background music is carried out reminds me of the style that the band MUSE uses at times, especially in “Uprising”. Love it! Drummer Jukka Nevalainen in this video is a machine! I loved
watching him perform. It’s like a beautiful ballet! EVERY member is so talented. A perfect blend. This is epic, and one of my favorite Symphonic Metal performances of all time. Thank you again, and again, and again.

In the 1930's, music was hijacked, standard tuning was changed to muddy the sound and musical healing frequencies. The A note was changed from 444hz to 440hz, the notes were lowered by 4hz. If you tune correctly, up 4HZ, I simply use A at 444hz and calibrate the tuner, you are then in 528hz tuning. JOHN LENNON WROTE IMAGINE IN 528HZ TUNING. This needs to be corrected and can only happen when the majority are aware. Once you tune your guitar correctly, you will never go back, it sounds so perfect and clear that the fraud -4hz will simply piss you off.

I'm wondering if you think The Warning needs to make some longer songs with more instrumentals for them to move to the next level. The bands of my youth, The Jimi Hendrix Experience and Cream, had both shorter and longer songs. The Beatles strung a bunch of short songs together to make a long song on The White Album. I guess we'll know a little more when we hear their new stuff. Sorry, Nightwish fans, that I talked about another band. I liked the performance.

As that epic performance is like 10 minutes, you think that’s hold my beer and mixed drink. As I order 3 more and most are drank by then. And wait longer for the last 3-4 to show up. While giving a fat tip up front to make sure you get them. And timely, to what you want and is possible. And also being polite. That ensures good service as a costumer, and I’m gonna say, any server loves that, good tip and polite customer. But yeah. That’s the model for the greatest show, and is what’s needed.

I liked Imagine by John Lennon, but then I learned English and it hit me that that song could be regarded as an anthem of American communism.
The lyrics of the song are pure communism ideals . No countries, no religions, no nationalities, nothing that makes you an individual. Just a mass of humans living side by side, without emotions or needs. Pure communism utopia where all people are the same and are living for the same goals and ideas.
Music of the song is good but lyrics... Not so much anymore.
Not to mention that the song was way overplayed on the radio in Poland, a country in which I was born in 1980.

This was great reaction. John seems to be very nice guy. His smile tell everything. More him! When i found week ago this Nightwish 2022 performances about Noise and Tribal, i have listened it almost every day. So good!! "NIGHTWISH Masters Of Rock 2022 Noise & Tribal REMASTERED" from Nightwish Arena. It is taken official festival live stream.

Original vocalist, who helped the band get to fame, is the only and correct one, i.e. Tarja Turunen. Quite a lot of people in Finland don't follow the band anymore, because the original idea changed too much. I myself remember when heavy metal was mixed with opera music in a wonderful way and then it was a go for me

The guitar solo has never sat right with me. It's scrappy, an echo of the vocal and has none of the interest of the rest of the song. I'd probably pull out nylon strings or go much less overdriven for that part and build on the theme instead of echo. My thoughts take me to the same conclusion every time I hear it. I'm sure the guitarist may even have something prepared.

This was fantastic! I loved the reaction section and it was so beautiful to see your smile getting bigger and bigger there towards the end. It also looked like John was enjoying himself a lot and I noticed how often his expression changed when the audience was shown so when he gave his answer to your question which Elton John songs still give him goose bumps every time that was genuine and him having such an effect through the way the audience is affected makes me think he has a really kind heart.
The interview part at the end was also super interesting and made me take note of all the songs and bands mentioned ;)
    Thank you for this!!
[and uff, I know I'm probably getting on your nerves by now but man...how much I wish you had reacted to Dir en grey already and could show them to people like John here. Even though they might not be to everyone's taste I am sure songs like Vinushka could start the most interesting conversations both from the point of songwriting/composition and from the point of content/delivery. Please, please, please add them to your bands to be discovered? It would make me immensely happy. Again, the song to go with for a first reaction would be Vinushka live from ANDROGYNOUS with eng. subtitles from Kaya's channel]

John's got musical taste like mine lol I bet I'd love his collection. I'd take old school Chicago over their 80s power ballad era any day. And you know he's been around a minute if he's mentioning the audio mix quality. I love it when industry vets come in here and share a little knowledge with us.

PITTA의 보컬의 유명한 무대로는 Phantom of the opera입니다.

It shows how insular the pop world is when EJ's drummer of years has never heard of YT's most reacted to group and YT's most reacted to song, with arguably the finest singer there currently is. Also thinks 10 minutes is a long song. John seems like nice guy but what do pop musicians listen to and talk about offstage?
